The only downside is it was extremely cold inside with the air conditioning. Then for dinner she ordered an 8 oz filet and when served, they said who had the 12 oz filet. It ended up being my steak, but it makes you wonder what is going to be on the bill when it shows up. Great food, pricey but taken back by management. Made reservations for my boyfriends birthday almost two weeks in advance. Made a note on the reservation regarding the occasion and even called to confirm they received it and what they offer however, they completely missed the note regarding the surprise. Asked my boyfriend to get the car and when I went to the front desk to speak with the manager regarding his surprise that never came, she only said sorry and gave excuses. She didnt offer to make things right at that time. Only gave me her card and said when u come in next time let me know and we will make it right. Needless to say I would like to go back because of the food and atmosphere but, from my experience with management I most likely will never go back again. It's not just the fact they missed the note but, the lack of customer service that management provided. Fabulous food and service! Husband and I enjoyed it very much! My wife and I had fantastic time at Primal Cut Steakhouse. The atmosphere was good. Customer services were fantastic. The food was excellent. I would love to go back. Great food, great service Love the management too. Can't wait to go back. Awesome food service and ambiance. Staff was friendly and professional, ambiance was nice, food was very good. It was our anniversary and we were treated to a cheesecake for dessert. We felt that the meal was a good value for the very good quality. Second time that my wife and I went there on a Tuesday and the Tuesday special of Filet and Lobster melted in our mouths, We are planning to take our family there very soon, Jim and Kathy. The ambiance was nice and we had great service! We will be back. We are very disappointed. We have been here several times and this time the experience was not good! In addition, when the expeditor delivered my husband salad her hair was pretty much in his salad not to mention her thumb in the salad plate! Very upset that they were not handling the food in a better fashion based on the events with covid19!! Great food, with the exception of a tuna tartar appetizer that wasn't good. Wonderful service. Nice atmosphere. Great place for a special occasion. Primal Cut Steakhouse is rated 4. Yes, you can generally book this restaurant by choosing the date, time and party size on OpenTable. Dined on September 25, Mary Ann tells him Chicago is "an old sow, begging for cream" that should be melted down. As they are standing by a cattle pen with naked young women offered for auction, one of them, Poppy, begs Devlin for help. Devlin takes her with him "on account. At the county fair, in the midst of a livestock judging competition, Mary Ann gives Devlin a box that supposedly contains the money. When Devlin cracks the box open, he finds it contains only beef hearts. Devlin is able to escape with Poppy after Violet distracts Weenie, who claimed her after the auction. Mary Ann's men chase Devlin, his men and Poppy through the fair. O'Brien is killed underneath a viewing stand. Devlin and Poppy run into a nearby wheat field, where they escape detection. When they try to leave the field, they are chased by a combine harvester operator. Poppy falls and they are nearly sliced up by the machine's blades. Devlin and Poppy are saved by the arrival of Devlin's men in their car, which they abandon and let ram into the front of the combine. Devlin's driver shoots the combine operator. The entire car is demolished by the threshing apparatus and turned into bales of hay and metal. They hitch a ride back into City on a truck. Devlin jumps off near the river and sends the rest of them with Poppy back into town. He enters a houseboat , the luxurious accommodation of Clarabelle, purchased for her by Mary Ann; she is there alone. He gets information on the whereabouts of Mary Ann while surmising that she was the one pushing Mary Ann to cut out Chicago. Clarabelle attempts to seduce him, but he rebuffs her. Clarabelle tells him she would be perfectly happy being a widow and joining Devlin again. He responds by setting the houseboat adrift on the river, with an angry Clarabelle aboard. When he returns to the hotel, Devlin finds an ambulance , with one of his men being hauled away. He learns that Mary Ann's men ambushed them and took Poppy. When he returns to Weenie's hotel to look for him, he finds that Violet has been gang-raped , apparently as a warning of what will happen to Poppy. He and his two remaining men drive out to Mary Ann's farm to finally take care of business. Devlin stops the car on the edge of a field of sunflowers near Mary Ann's farm. They approach the farm through the field and engage in a long gun battle with Mary Ann's men, a seemingly infinite number of identical men wearing bib overalls. Both of Devlin's men are hit. He tells them to stay behind while he advances with the submachine gun. Unable to get past Mary Ann's men, he stops a truck hauling livestock, commandeers it and uses it to ram the gate and smash into the greenhouse on the farm, demolishing it. Devlin kills several of Mary Ann's men, then advances into the barn where Mary Ann and his brother are holding Poppy. From behind an apparently bulletproof bale of hay, he hits Mary Ann, who falls seriously injured down into a pig pen. Enraged at seeing his brother shot, Weenie runs toward Devlin, who kills him. As he dies, Weenie tries to stab Devlin with a sausage. Devlin carries Poppy out of the barn. They pass the mortally wounded Mary Ann, flat on his back, next to a sow pen. Mary Ann taunts Devlin to kill him, telling him to finish him off, like he would an animal. Devlin tells him that since Mary Ann is a man, not an animal, he won't do that. He walks away, leaving Mary Ann to die on his back. In the final scene, Devlin and Poppy go back to the orphanage and demand the release of the rest of the girls. When the matron resists, Poppy knocks her out, to the approval of Devlin. As they walk away Devlin tells her they're going back to Chicago, and when Poppy asks what it's like, he replies it's "as peaceful as anyplace anywhere". Prime Cut - Wikipedia

The food was fabulous! We had 3 different steaks and while the dry aged strip was great, the winner was the bone in rib eye. Dinner came with soup or salad and a side dish so it was a great value. For a couple of dollars more you should really upgrade to their loaded baked potato. It was almost so good that you wanted to forsake the steak! The only thing preventing a 5 star review is the service was not as spot on as one would expect from a steakhouse of this caliber. May just have been they did not expect to be as busy as they were with the times we live in. We will certainly go back. This was our third visit to this restaurant. This time the food was most disappointing. The sirloin tip appetizer was overcook, leaving small charred bits of dried meat. The ravioli was also overcooked and mushy. The brick chicken was marginal with the breast meat dry with the dark meat somewhat better. The wine list is decent with a varied selection at all price points. A possible solution would be to alter the model from a restaurant that serves wine to a wine bar that serves small plates. The service was wonderful. Our waitress, Christine, was very friendly and fun. All of the food was very good, but the chocolate mousse torte was heavenly! The atmosphere was very nice because we could hear each other talk which is not always the case when going out for dinner. A very nice experience. The food was very good the service was good enjoyed it a little pricey but very good. The server Did not attend our needs at at all! We tipped above excellent service because the bussers were Excellent. First time being there and close to home The only downside is it was extremely cold inside with the air conditioning. Weenie is the brother of "Mary Ann", the crooked operator of the slaughterhouse in Kansas City, Kansas. After the head of the Irish Mob in Chicago receives the package, he contacts Nick Devlin, an enforcer with whom he has worked previously, to go to Kansas City to collect the debt. He tells Devlin about the sausages and that another enforcer sent to Kansas City was found floating in the Missouri River. He gets a driver and three other younger members of the Irish Mob as help, including the young O'Brien, who makes Devlin meet his mother as he leaves Chicago. It is later revealed that Devlin and Mary Ann have a shared history involving Mary Ann's wife Clarabelle, who previously had an affair with Devlin. In Kansas City at a flophouse , Devlin finds Weenie in an upstairs room. He beats him up and tells him to inform Mary Ann that he is in town to collect the debt. The next day, Devlin and his men drive to the prairie and find Mary Ann in a barn, where he is entertaining guests at a white slave prostitute auction. Devlin demands the money from Mary Ann, who tells him to come to the county fair the next day to get it. Mary Ann tells him Chicago is "an old sow, begging for cream" that should be melted down. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed everything about this place from the service to the food to the atmosphere. Definitely will be making this one of our regular spots. It was a great environment with good food and courteous staff. The food was amazing and the ambiance is perfect for any occasion! Everything was delicious and fresh. Firecracker shrimp was a great start. Filets cooked perfectly. Sidecar cocktails perfectly made. Great experience from start to finish. Will recommend to everyone!! Best steakhouse in the south suburbs. Always enjoy great service paired with incredible food. Had a lovely dinner outdoors, very attentive service. We were the only table seated outside at one point. My husband ordered steak Medium, but came more Medium Well. Still tasty. Outdoor seating is minimal, covered, but not enclosed nor heated. In the restaurant, the tables were not spaced apart and patrons were shoulder to shoulder at the bar. The wait staff did have masks on, as did everyone in the waiting area, but that was it. My wife and I were out for our anniversary. When drinks arrived we ordered and we waited at least ten minutes for our soup to come out. Mine was cold. Less than a minute later our dinners arrived. Five minutes later they brought it back and everything was cold. The waitress said to be careful the plates were hot. What a cruel sense off humor. Complained and the manager did comp of our meL which was nice. It was a shame because I had an aged NY Strip which was really good. Primal Cuts never disappoints! My friend and I visit frequently and have not had a bad dining experience. Waitress seemed like she was either rushed, or trying to rush us. Also profoundly hard to hear due to the obnoxious noise levels, but that wasn't her fault. Food and service was absolutely incredible. My filet was a bit dry in one area, but I imagine that is due to the fact that I prefer my filet medium instead of medium rare. I felt that more space needed to be provided for their indoor seating. They had roughly half of the restaurant not being used, which would allow for better COVID guidelines to be followed. When seated, the person behind me was close enough that when they pulled their chair out, it hit my chair. Our steak while it was cooked to our specification had no flavor and the meat seemed like it had been over tenderized. Met a friend for dinner. Social distancing was maintained and all staff wore mask. This is a great place! I took my wife here for our Anniversary had a wonderful time. Very good meal and wonderful waitress! The Oyster Rockefeller looked good but they lacked flavor. I've never had Oyster Rockefeller that were flavorless.
