Dr. Kudrat-E-Khuda (Babu) is an Associate Professor and Head of the Law Department at Daffodil International University, Bangladesh. At the same time, he is an Associate Member at the Centre for the Study of Global Human Movement, University of Cambridge (UK). Moreover, he is the Research Director under the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and Coordinator of Master of Laws (LL.M.) Program at the Daffodil International University. He is an international member at Amnesty International; a climate activist at Greenpeace International and column writer at different leading national dailies of Bangladesh (i.e. the daily Janakantha, the daily Kalerkantha, the daily Ittefaq, the daily Jugantor, etc.). Moreover, Dr. Kudrat-E-Khuda (Babu) is the Visiting Professor at the Lyceum of the Philippines University-Laguna, the Philippines. Previously he served at three leading universities in Bangladesh as Head of the Law Department. He served as a journalist for more than ten years at the daily Prothom Alo, the most popular newspaper in Bangladesh. He is a former trainee of Bangladesh Legal Aid & Services Trust (BLAST) and also the former President of Rajshahi University Journalist Association (RUJA) and currently, he is an Advisor of the RUJA. Dr. Kudrat-E-Khuda (Babu) participated in different national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops at home and abroad along with Germany, Singapore, India, Nepal, Philippines, Malaysia, Taiwan, etc. He obtained Scholarships, Fellowship, and achieved a lot of prizes, awards, certificates for his extracurricular and co- curricular activities. He published a large number of research articles and book reviews in different journals including the journals of Oxford University and Cambridge University. He published the book titled ‘Company Law with Bangladesh Context’ from Germany and also published the book titled ‘Know the Law-Obey the Law’ from Daffodil International University Press. He is the Editorial Board Member of nine refereed, Scopus Indexed, and peer-reviewed law journals published from Bangladesh, India, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Canada, UK, and the USA. He is also the External Ph.D. Thesis Reviewer of different universities of different countries.
