IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, AD.TUDGED AND DECREED by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County ~ Texas~ that the returns be celiified and repOlied to the Texas Secretary of State in accordance with the Texas Election Code and the actions taken by the Elections Administrator, including the appointment of the Presiding Election Judges, are hereby ratified and affirmed.
