IBM announces increases in one-time charges (OTC) and associated Subscription and Support (S&S) recurrent license charges (monthly and annually) and on reseller license charges for selected System z and zSeries Software Program Products.
Increased recurrent licence charges will be effective with the billing period that starts on or after January 1, 2013.
The one-time charge price increases are effective January 1, 2013.
For listed products, the following price changes will apply:
• Prices will remain unchanged in Switzerland/Lichtenstein, Norway, Sweden. • Prices will increase by 5% in Great Britain and South Africa. • Prices will increase by 3% in all other European, Middle Eastern and African countries.
Price changes are applicable on base product (One Time Charge) and associated Subscription and Support (S&S) recurrent license charges (monthly and annually) and on reseller license charges for the following software Programs:

Prices for base product (One Time Charge) and associated Subscription and Support (S&S) offerings will be adjusted depending on the currencies. The percentage indicated in the following tables will not be higher than stated below:

Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions of existing contracts will determine the applicability and specific effect of the price change.
