Darba kārtību pieņēma tādu, kā norādīts šajā protokolā.
2. Sanāksmes vadītāja paziņojumi
Priekšsēdētājs sniedza šādus paziņojumus:
Mutiskā tulkojuma nodrošinājums: mutiskā tulkojuma pieejamība atbilda komitejas valodu standarta profilam — mutiskais tulkojums bija pieejams 22 valodās, izņemot igauņu un īru valodu.
Elektroniskie sanāksmes dokumenti un straumēšana tiešsaistē: priekšsēdētājs paziņoja, ka sanāksmes dokumenti, kā parasti, ir pieejami elektroniskā formātā e-sanāksmju lietojumprogrammā un ka sanāksmi straumēs tiešsaistē.
Jauna administratore ENVI komitejas sekretariātā: priekšsēdētājs paziņoja, ka ENVI komitejas sekretariātā darbu uzsākusi jauna administratore Aliette Carré.
3. Sanāksmes vadītāja paziņojumi par koordinatoru 2015. gada 22. decembra un 2016. gada 13. janvāra ieteikumiem
Priekšsēdētājs informēja komiteju, ka koordinatoru 2015. gada 22. decembra un 2016. gada 13. janvāra ieteikumi ir izplatīti elektroniski. Tā kā iebildumu nebija, tos apstiprināja (skatīt II un III pielikumu).

4.1 State of play of cooperation with ITRE Committee
Decision taken: After a lengthy discussion coordinators considered that they needed more time to examine in depth the proposal of division of competence and decided to continue the discussion at their next meeting.
4.2 Appointment of EP representatives in EMA Management Board
Decision taken: Coordinators decided to renew the mandate of Prof Lemmer for the next term of 3 years, and launch a procedure for appointing a replacement for prof. Nisticó.
Political groups were invited to send proposals for candidates to the secretariat by Wednesday, 27 January at 12 noon. An extraordinary coordinators meeting might be organised during the February part-session to decide on the next steps.
4.3 Programme of Public Hearing on RDE
Decision taken: Postponed to next meeting.

2. CHAIR’S ANNOUNCEMENTS 2.1 Cooperation with Committee of regions The Chair announced that Mr MARKKULA, President of the Committee of the Regions has written to Chairman BUZEK to identify possible areas for cooperation in light of the Commission Work Programme for 2016.
Proposals from the groups should be sent to the secretariat by 19 January closure of business. We will discuss and decide on the matter in our meeting of 21 January.
2.2 Follow-up to Court judgment on Endocrine Disruptors Following ENVI coordinators' request at last meeting, President Schulz has written to President Juncker on the matter. A copy of the letter will be circulated to coordinators.
