INTRODUCTION On October 17, 2012, Plaintiff Angela Wilder (“Plaintiff”) filed her Complaint against defendants CBS Corporation; CBS Studios, Inc.; Relativity REAL, LLC; Relativity Media, LLC; Tom Forman, Relatively REAL, LLC’s Chief Executive Officer (collectively, the Court refers to these five defendants as the “CBS Defendants”); Sony Pictures Television Inc. (“Sony”); Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc.; 1 and Sony Pictures Television Senior Vice-President of Reality and Syndication Programming Holly Jacobs. (Dckt. 1.).
