DISABLED BAYS BOROUGHWIDE. Hillingdon Council gives notice that it intends to make these Orders, which will:- 1. designate disabled persons parking places, in which vehicles displaying in a relevant position a disabled persons badge issued under the provisions of the Disabled Persons (Badge for motor vehicles) Regulations 2000 may be left therein. These will be operational at all times In locations already marked, in roads listed in Schedule 1 to this notice; 2. consolidate the existing designated disabled persons parking bays contained in the Hillingdon (Free Parking Places (Disabled Persons ) Traffic Order 2010 and remove those no longer required in roads listed in Schedule 2 to this notice. 3. Amend the On Street Parking Place Orders listed above to install or remove a disabled persons parking place where it is located in a permit parking place. 4. Replace the existing disabled bay located in Delamere Road, Hayes with “at any time” waiting restrictions. Establish permit parking places (operational between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday) in which a vehicle may be left at the permitted hours if it displays a valid permit in roads listed in Schedule 1 to this notice. 2. Impose waiting restrictions in roads listed in the Schedule below, operational between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with “at any time” restrictions around the junctions. 3. Impose “at any time” waiting restrictions on lengths of road as set out in schedule 2 to this notice.
