Shanghai of Finance and Economics (SUFE) was founded in 1917, and has grown to be one of the leaders of higher education in , which has national influence and receives comprehensive government support. Applications & Admissions Nominations According to the contact information provided by our partner institutions, SUFE nomination system will automatically send an email with the nomination link to exchange coordinators. (Please refer to the attachment for the specific nomination steps.) Upon receipt of the nominations an email will be sent to nominees to instruct online application procedures within two weeks. Applications All nominees complete an online-application and upload relevant documentation before the deadlines.

Academic Requirements No specific GPA / levels of academic achievements to be met. Academic backgrounds in at least one of the areas across Economics/ Management / Information Science / Engineering / Laws/ Social Sciences are expected.

Language Requirements For Candidates whose first language is not English or Chinese, an additional letter of approval from the home institution attesting sufficient skills qualified for undertaking exchange is required for completingtheir applications, alternatively, an IELTS score of at lease 6.0 (or TOEFL 80 equivalent) or HSK Level 3 shall also qualify for admission.

Health Care Service Medical Services on Campus The Health Service is made up of a two-storey building to offer care in the areas of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Specialty Medicine, Physiotherapy, Psychiatry, and other services. Physicians include family medicine and sports medicine physicians as well as specialists in Gynecology / Obstetric s, Physics, Orthopedics, Endocrinology, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Psychiatry. The SUFE Health Services accept most local insurance plans.

Insurance Plans Insurance designated for Accident Injury Medical Treatment and Hospitalization Medical Treatment is compulsory for all incoming groups of international students, more information regarding insurance options can be found upon admission specifically in the offer package .
