Successful no-fee drop off centers have be implemented in courthouses across the country, including in Orange and Miami-Dade Counties. These programs provide a safe environment for children that is friendly and supportive and staffed by individuals specially trained in working with children. Presumption Of Undue Influence The Florida Supreme Court long ago held that because By David M.
