SBS is Bringing these Blues Artists to You 2008 Northern California Blues Festival Red Hot Blues Two Days of Summertime Blues Women! Saturday & Sunday, June 21 & 22, 2008 Sunday, June 8, 2008

The Sacramento Blues Society will again be hosting the

Northern California Blues Festival, thanks to our partnership with Matson Breakey, William Neece and CreativeCats. This year’s festival benefits “Through The Mind”, a local non- profit providing alternative mental health care to returning war veterans. T-shirt sales will benefit the Sacramento Blues Society’s “Blues In The Schools” program.

The festival is again being held in the oak shaded Fair Oaks Park and has been expanded to two days during the Sum- Laurie Morvan mer Solstice for this year and will include other events like the Classic Car Show on Saturday and Pancake Breakfast on Sunday. INSIDE THIS ISSUE:
