Article 3 The concerned Member States shall ensure that: (a) the surveillance zones established by their competent authorities in accordance with Article 16(1)(b) of Directive 2005/94/EC, comprise at least the areas listed as surveillance zones in Part B of the Annex to this Decision; (b) the measures to be applied in the surveillance zones, as provided for in Article 31 of Directive 2005/94/EC, are maintained until at least the dates for the surveillance zones set out in Part B of the Annex to this Decision. 02017D0247 — EN — 18.08.2017 — 007.001 — 3 ▼M3 Article 3a 1. The concerned Member States shall prohibit the dispatch of consignments of day-old chicks from the areas listed as protection and surveillance zones in the Annex to other Member States, except where the competent authority of the concerned Member State of dispatch authorises the direct transport of consignments of day-old chicks subject to compliance with the following conditions: (a) the day-old chicks must be hatched from hatching eggs originating from poultry kept on establishments approved in accordance with point (a)(i) of Article 6 of Council Directive 2009/158/EC (1 ) (approved establishments) located outside the areas listed as protection and surveillance zones in Parts A and B in the Annex to this Decision; (b) the approved establishment of dispatch (the hatchery of dispatch) can ensure by its logistics and working conditions that no contact has occurred between the day-old chicks and hatching eggs referred to in point (a) and any other hatching eggs and day-old chicks originating from poultry kept in approved establishments located in areas listed as protection and surveillance zones in the Annex; (c) the hatchery of dispatch must be located outside the areas listed as protection zones in Part A in the Annex, but it may be located inside the areas listed as surveillance zones in Part B in the Annex. 2. The concerned Member States shall prohibit the dispatch of consignments of day-old chicks originating from hatching eggs from poultry kept in approved establishments located in the protection and surveillance zones listed in the Annex, except where the competent authority of the concerned Member State of dispatch authorises the direct transport of hatching eggs from poultry kept in approved estab­ lishments located outside the protection zones, but inside the surveillance zones, to a designated hatchery located outside the protection and surveillance zones, and the competent authority ensures that the day-old chicks originating from such hatching eggs, when dispatched to other Member States comply with the following conditions: (a) the day-old chicks have hatched in a designated hatchery located outside the protection and surveillance zones listed in the Annex; (b) the day-old chicks originate from hatching eggs that were disinfected and their packaging was disinfected before being trans­ ported to the hatchery of dispatch and where the tracing of these hatching eggs can be ensured. (1 ) Council Directive 2009/158/EC of 30 November 2009 on animal health conditions governing intra-Community trade in, and imports from third countries of, poultry and hatching eggs (OJ L 343, 22.12.2009, p. 74) 02017D0247 — EN — 18.08.2017 — 007.001 — 4 ▼M3 3. The concerned Member State shall ensure that the veterinary certificates provided for Article 20 of Directive 2009/158/EC, and set out in Annex IV thereto, accompanying the consignments of day-old chicks referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article to be dispatched to other Member States include the words: ‘The consignment complies with the animal health conditions laid down in Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/247’. ▼B Article 4 Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/2122 is repealed.     UCHWAŁA NR XLIV.195.2018 RADY GMINY W PROMNIE z dnia 27 lutego 2018 r. w sprawie podziału Gminy Promna na obwody głosowania i ustalenia ich numerów, granic oraz siedzib obwodowych komisji wyborczych. Na podstawie art. 18 ust. 2 pkt 15 ustawy z dnia 8 marca 1990r. o samorządzie gminnym (Dz. U. z 2017r., poz. 1875 ze zm.), art. 12 § 2, § 11 i § 12 ustawy z dnia 5 stycznia 2011r. – Kodeks wyborczy (Dz. U. 2017, poz. 15 ze zm.), w związku z art. 13 ustawy z dnia 11 stycznia 2018r. o zmianie niektórych ustaw w celu zwiększenia udziału obywateli w procesie wybierania, funkcjonowania i kontrolowania niektórych organów publicznych (Dz. U. z 2018r. poz. 130) Rada Gminy Promna działając na wniosek Wójta Gminy Promna uchwala co następuje: § 1. Dokonuje się podziału Gminy Promna na obwody głosowania i ustala ich numery, granice oraz siedziby obwodowych komisji wyborczych zgodnie z brzmieniem załącznika nr 1 do niniejszej uchwały. § 2. Wykonanie uchwały powierza się Wójtowi Gminy Promna. § 3. Uchwała podlega przekazaniu Wojewodzie Mazowieckiemu i Komisarzowi Wyborczemu w Radomiu. § 4. Na niniejszą uchwałę wyborcom w liczbie co najmniej 15, przysługuje prawo wniesienia skargi do Komisarza Wyborczego w Radomiu w terminie 5 dni od daty podania uchwały do publicznej wiadomości. § 5. Uchwała podlega ogłoszeniu w Dzienniku Urzędowym Województwa Mazowieckiego, w Biuletynie Informacji Publicznej oraz na tablicach ogłoszeń w Urzędzie Gminy Promna. § 6.     G m i n n e Z a w o d y S t r a ż a c k i e 20 maja na boisku w Falęcicach odbyły się gminne zawody sportowo – pożarnicze jednostek Ochotniczych Straży Pożarnych z terenu gminy Promna. Zawody zostały rozegrane w dwóch konkurencjach: sztafeta pożarnicza z przeszkodami oraz ćwiczenia bojowe. W zawodach brało udział 9 drużyn OSP. Zwycięzcy tegorocznych zawodów to Ochotnicza Straż Pożarna z Promny. Klasyfikacja generalna przedstawia się następująco: I miejsce OSP Promna z wynikiem 122,60 pkt. II miejsce OSP Przybyszew z wynikiem 132,30 pkt. III miejsce OSP Daltrozów z wynikiem 134,80 pkt. IV miejsce OSP Biejków z wynikiem 137,60 pkt. V miejsce OSP Góry z wynikiem 138,70 pkt. VI miejsce OSP Rykały z wynikiem 152,60 pkt. VII miejsce OSP Broniszew z wynikiem 154,00 pkt. VIII miejsce OSP Pacew z wynikiem 197,00 pkt. IX miejsce OSP Olszamy z wynikiem 235,00 pkt. Von Bedeutung waren auch anthropogene Effekte wie die Entwal- dung der Landschaft, wogegen klimatologische Veränderungen eine geringere Rolle gespielt haben. Letztendlich zeigen diese Studien auch, daß Fundplätze aufgrund der Alluviation verschüttet sein können.1 Am pagasäischen Golf fand eine ständige Verlandung durch das Schwemmaterial der Flüsse statt.
