Alluria red Classic Alluria wines are the wildest wines of Armenia. Alluria red classic is a premium armenian wine, made with armenian grape varieties Karm- rahyut and Haghtanak from own vineyards. Maceration and fermen- tation is done simultanious, where fermentation is spontaneously on wild yeasts, and without temperature control. Because of the simul- tanious maceration and fermentation the resulting wine is a dark red color, rich with tannins and very fruity. Aromas contain a lot of black fruit syrups, mostly cherry syrup, mulberry syrup and black current.
