This Review Application is field by the Respondents 20 to 24 in the main application 164 of 2014 against the interim order of the Tribunal dated 16.03.2016, directing them to pay a sum of Rs.40, 00,000/- to the 7th respondent, Chennai Rivers Restoration Trust, according to polluters pay principle within two weeks.

This Review Application is Submitted for the circulation of the Hon’ble Members as provided under Rule 22(3) of the National Green Tribunal (Practice and Procedure) Rules 2011 on circulation the Tribunal has passed the order as follow :

Only interim Orders Passed Based on the report of State Pollution Control Board ,therefore application stands rejected. No new facts are available to review the order dated 16.3.2016.
