A native of San Francisco, Mr. Chamberlain is a licensed real estate broker for over thirty years specializing in commercial real estate in the Area. In addition to being a leader in the brokerage community, he has taught many accredited classes in commercial real estate, including negotiations and client representation. He was selected to serve on the Presidio Transition Team to enable the Presidio in becoming financially self-sustaining after the departure of the Sixth Army.

His experience in project leasing and tenant representation provides him with the invaluable acumen to appraise his clients’ needs, as recently exemplified by his representation of Lockton Insurance, Majestic Insurance, The Bridgespan Group and The German and Norwegian Consulates. Mr. Chamberlain uniquely relocated the San Francisco Conservatory of Music to Civic Center and has done many pro-bono transactions, including establishing San Francisco's first homeless shelter for LGBT youth.

Florence Crittenton Services: Represented this non-profit organization which is dedicated to empowering families to become self-sufficient, in the sale of their building to the City of San Francisco for Senior housing.

The San Francisco Conservatory of Music: Represented this non-profit organization in the location and acquisition of a new facility from the Sunset District to Civic Center.
