Experience. ARTIST RENDERING Transcendent retail that harmonizes the historic with the modern, art with technology, and substance with style. ARTIST RENDERING CLASSIC SPIRIT. MODERN ELEGANCE. Combining the New York City landmark Steinway Hall with a celebrated and soaring tower of bronze, terracotta and glass, 111 West 57th Street presents extraordinary elegance and atmosphere at one of Manhattan’s most coveted new lifestyle destinations. This revered address was home to the famed piano makers Steinway & Sons, who hosted some of classical music’s most preeminent composers and artists. Now through the artistry of SHoP Architects and Studio Sofield, the landmark and 82-story tower express an “only in New York” 21st-century ethos. The landmark and tower house remarkable residences and amenities, with a dramatic retail space and historic rotunda at its base. With nearly 50,000 square feet of retail, the narrative begins with two inviting retail entrances that create a dramatic 8,000+ square-foot Ground Floor. The story continues throughout four levels. With its acoustically ideal construction, the Landmark Rotunda once welcomed musical performances by such virtuosos as Sergei Rachmaninoff, Vladimir Horowitz and Sir Elton John. In 2013, this golden-age interior was declared a New York City Landmark, sealing its place in musical and architectural history. Now, this classic space has been carefully calibrated to welcome those seeking to display their brands in a setting that is as sophisticated as it is spectacular. ARTIST RENDERING ROTUNDA The glass Atrium dramatically welcomes guests into a soaring, light-infused six-story space designed by SHoP Architects. ATRIUM ARTIST RENDERING LOWER LEVEL ARTIST RENDERING The Lower Level offers 10,076 square feet, ideal for the creation of a seductive food and beverage experience. Guests ascend via escalator to the Third Floor where they are greeted by the awe-inspiring 35-foot ceiling and abundant natural light radiating from West 58th Street. The shopping experience from the 15,523-square-foot Third Floor, seamlessly flows up to the 8,620-square-foot Fourth Floor creating a truly unique vertical shopping journey.
