Tuition Complimentary PROGRAM DESCRIPTION There has been evolution in oral rehabilitation techniques, materials and procedures. We are currently living in exciting times for dental Implantology, which has been growing at an incredible pace, all over the world. In order to treat our patients with dental implants and take care of the diverse range of cases, complications and anatomic limitations, we should also be able to provide bone grafting procedures that would allow us to optimize our patients’ bone availability and help us achieve the desired clinical outcome. This introductory course intentions are to explain the physiological processes occurring to the alveolus after teeth extraction and discuss the concepts of bone grafting. We will analyze the bone grafting materials available in the market, such as bone substitutes and membranes, explain the clinical applications of the products and discuss the technical steps on how to treat different clinical scenarios with the ARP (Alveolar Ridge Preservation) technique.

He earned a Doctor of at the Faculdade de Odontologia de Pernambuco – FOP / UPE and received a certificate of specialist in by the Brazilian Dental Association, and certifications for advanced trainings in Periodontal Surgery and Implantology. Most recently he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School at Chapel Hill. Dr. Arnaud was an assistant teacher with the Brazilian Dental Association for 6 years and became co-founder of the Saude Dental Center of Integrated , in Recife, Brazil, where he worked for 13 years. With hundreds of lectures, presented in multiple countries, on various subjects of dental implantology, Dr. Arnaud is passionate on sharing his experience acquired through thousands of dental procedures ranging from implant placement and implant-related reconstructive surgeries (such as bone and gum grafts, maxillary sinus lifts, etc.) to a diverse range of esthetic, cosmetic and prosthetic solutions (veneers, laminates, crowns, bridges, , conjugated fixed-removable prosthesis) to extensive and complex oral rehab cases.

Cancellation and Refund Policy Attendee Cancellation Policy • Cancellation made 30 days or more before the course starts: Full refund • Cancellation made 15-29 days before the course starts: 50% of the course fee will be refunded • Cancellation made 0-14 days before the course starts: No refund • A $25 administration fee will apply to all cancellations

Straumann reserves the right to cancel courses that do not meet minimum enrollment. The course fee will be refunded, in full, within two weeks of cancelled course date. Attendance is not confirmed until attendee has received a letter of confirmation from the Straumann Education Department.
