Canada Kuwait Petrochemical Corporation (CKPC) is constructing a $4.5 billion integrated propane dehydrogenation 643 rail and polypropylene upgrading (PDH-PP) facility in Sturgeon County. a T Twp Rd 564A ri to The facility will consume 23,000 barrels of propane per day and ic V produce 550,000 tonnes of value-added polypropylene (PP) Twp Rd 564 annually. Note: project has been deferred until market conditions recover.

2. Cando Rail Services offers Industrial Switching and Material Altalink Legend Handling, Logistics, Terminal and Transload, Engineering/Track Substation and Railcar Storage services. Cando is constructing the Cando Sturgeon Terminal. Phase 1 of the terminal will provide additional !6 Heartland Boundary rail capacity to Alberta’s Industrial Heartland and utilize a loop- Transportation Infrastructure track system to enable storage of up to 1900 railcars. ATCO Substation !5 Heavy Industrial Overlay Local Road 3. Evonik Canada, a subsidiary of Evonik Industries AG of Essen Germany, operates a 90,000 tonnes/year Hydrogen Peroxide facility near Gibbons, AB. !3 CN Right Of Way Provincial Road 4. The Highway 38 (Vinca) Bridge project will replace and upgrade 643 the existing bridge over the North Saskatchewan River. The new !8 bridge will be able to support 200 tonnes and will be a vital !1 Suncor Right Of Way Extension Rail component of Alberta’s High-Load Corridor. !7 5. The North West Redwater (NWR) Sturgeon Refinery announced Twp Rd 561 full commercial production in May 2020. The refinery processes 825 Water, Sanitary & Gas Powerline Projects bitumen feedstock into high value, low carbon end products including 80,000 barrels per day of Ultra-Low-Sulphur-Diesel rail (ULSD), Low-Sulphur Vacuum Gas Oil (VGO) and Diluent. The Nutrien Redwater Fertilizer Facility is one of the largest Proposed Water Line fertilizer complexes in North America, occupying 372 hectares ATCO: 500kV AC along the North Saskatchewan River.
