Introduction [1] Mr. Spaetgens appeals the November 7, 2016 and March 8, 2017 decisions of a panel of the Alberta Securities Commission (the Panel) that found him to be in breach of the Securities Act, RSA 2000 c S-4 (the Act) and imposed various sanctions.
