Memorial Tree Program

Would you like to honor a friend or loved one by planting a memorial tree in his or her name? The Parks Department has a program that allows the purchase and planting of a tree in one of our beautiful park settings. There are some guidelines meant to ensure the survival of the tree that must be followed including type and size of tree and the location where the tree may be planted. For an additional charge, the Parks Department can order a bronze or cast aluminum plaque to be set in stone or concrete with the name of the honoree. For more information contact the Park Office at 692-7538.
