Bishops Square, E1 Developed in joint venture between and the City of London, Bishops Square provides some 71,900m² of Size: 76,500m² offices and 21 retail units. FUTURE UK DEVELOPMENTS

Bishops Place, London EC2 In July 2005, Hammerson entered into an option agreement

with the London Borough of Hackney to acquire the long Size: 100,000m² leasehold interest in Northgate, adjoining the group’s existing Status: Planning application submitted Bishops Place site on Bishopsgate. Bishopsgate Goodsyard, London, E1 Bishopsgate Goodsyard is a proposed mixed-use

development on a 4.2 hectare site. The site forms part of the Size: 230,000m² Bishopsgate/ South Shoreditch Opportunity Area identified in Status: Pre-planning the Mayor’s London Plan for high-density mixed-use Ownership: Hammerson 50%/Ballymore 50% development. Terry Farrell and Partners has produced a Tenure: Part Freehold / Leasehold draft Supplementary Planning Document for the site which

will be subject to public consultation during 2009.

Harbour Quay, Woodwharf, E14 Hammerson has a holding within the Woodwharf Masterplan Size: 28,800m² that could accommodate a development of up to 28,300m². Status: Pre-planning The Woodwharf consortium, led by British Waterways has Ownership: Hammerson 100% recently been granted outline planning permission by the Tenure: Leasehold London Borough of Tower Hamlets for the comprehensive redevelopment of the area.
