FRANCHISEE’S CHARGES PAYABLE TO YHA

Annual Bed Fee £20 paid annually for each single bed in the hostel.

Commissions Payable per booking as the cost of operating the online booking facilities.

• 10% of each booking taken either via the YHA Website and / or call centre.

• The franchisee can also choose to use online booking agents in addition to YHA’s website and call centre, e.g Booking.com. It is also close to Chesil Beach being one of the best known beaches of this stretch of the Jurassic Coast.

OUTSIDE : The property is set back from a Forecourt Garden and a section of the River Bride above which is a terraced seating area which is part sheltered and has table and bench sets. A triangular piece of ground has parking for approximately seven vehicles. To the rear of the property is a walkway with storage sheds including a locked cycle store.
