ALL FOR YOUR DELIGHT Book, music and lyrics by Roger Parsley Music arranged by Duncan Lane SYNOPSIS

This delightful musical play is set in a music hall on the outskirts of London at the turn of the century. There were two hundred and fifty music halls in the country at the time, and the leading performers included , , and . All For Your Delight is not intended wholly to recreate an exact replica of a music hall performance nor to delve too deeply into social history. We see the various members of Hewlett's music hall company-singers, solo and double acts, mind-readers-performing their acts on stage as well as in their more private moments backstage. And then there is the interweaving melodramatic story involving Gentleman Jim, a deb- onair thief and master of disguise, the blackguard Lord Jarleston and a riotous chorus of comic policemen!
