9. KEY PROFILE. Medard is a Professional Teacher currently teaching in the faculty of Development studies of and (MUST). Am currently a PhD Fellow (Health Planning and Management) at Tilburg University under sandwich programme. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Development studies at MUST (Conflicts Analysis and Inclusive Development). I hold a first class Bachelors Degree in Development Studies) from Mbarara University where I emerged the best student of my year 2009. I also hold a Diploma in Education Secondary (Hons, Upper Class) of , and a certificate in leadership development ( NTC). I have a well rounded experience in research especially resource management in protected areas. I have participated in various areas which include; developmental projects focusing on conflict resolution, poverty eradication, Community based development projects, monitoring and evaluation of projects, counseling and guidance, access to service delivery and teaching. Some of the specific projects participated in include: conducting needs assessment and preparation of program design document for eight projects in Mbarara cluster-Compassion projects, Evaluating Community work activities with regard to Child development, Auditing and evaluation of eight compassion assisted projects in Ankole Diocese.

I have experience in managing development issues, community development, report writing, communication skills, and capacity building of people.
