SILICONE Wireless Keyboard with Touchpad

Introduction

Thank you for choosing Xcellon.

Congratulations on the purchase of your new Xcellon KSWL-10 Silicone Keyboard. This keyboard features a wireless design, transmitting at 2.4 GHz for up to 30 ft of working distance. The keyboard, which also features a touchpad that replaces a standard two-button mouse, is ideal for workplaces in which wires and peripherals can become a burden. Connecting the Keyboard To connect your keyboard, remove the USB receiver from underneath the keyboard, plug it into an available USB port on your computer, and wait for your computer to recognize the device – it may take a few seconds. If your keyboard does not respond, try replacing the batteries (see Replacing the Batteries chapter) or using a diff erent USB port. To disconnect your keyboard, unplug the USB receiver from the USB port. Media Keys The Media keys are shortcuts to various applications on your computer, as well as basic web browsing and media playback functions. They are located in columns on the right and left sides of the keyboard, and in a row directly above the touchpad.

Replacing the Batteries The Xcellon KSWL-10 Silicone Keyboard requires two AAA batteries to function. To replace the batteries, use the supplied Phillips screwdriver to loosen and remove the four screws from the battery chamber door. When inserting fresh batteries, be sure to insert them in the proper direction. To ensure that the keyboard remains water resistant, tighten the screws enough so that the battery chamber is completely closed, but not so tightly as to damage the chamber door.
