Dear Pastor Billy and Heirs of Grace Ministries,

We are pleased to report the borewells you funded in November 2018 have been completed. These borewells were requested for two villages part of the Budaga Jangalu Scheduled Caste Women's Project in the of . Ayyaluru village has a population of 5,000. Yalluru village has a population of 3,500. Your generous donation is making it possible for 8,500 people to have access to clean water while church planters and literacy teachers trained through the project are helping them understand Jesus is the Living Water.

During the women’s literacy project for the Budaga Jungalu Scheduled Caste women, 1,050 women were sponsored for 10 months of Bible content literacy courses through which they learned to read, write, basic math and finances, self-empowerment skills, sanitation, hygiene, nutrition and about Jesus and the Gospel.

Please pray for the Ayyaluru and Yalluru villagers as they have access to clean water from these borewells. Pray they would experience the water of life and truth of Jesus Christ, and the Christians in the village would be an example of love and light for the non-Christians in the village.

Thank you for your faithful support of Glad Tidings India! Your entire church family is a blessing to us, to the people of India, and to the Kingdom of God.

In Christ,

Byron Hack

A message of gratitude from the local ministry working with the people of these villages:

Thank you very much for your kind support and sanctioning of the borewells for the Ayyalaru and Yallaru villages in Nandyal and Gospadu mandals of Kurnool District. The two borewells have been drilled successfully. All the villagers and others are appreciating your support in providing these wells. Water is available through these borewells and all the people are happy. .

Life in these villages before the wells:

• Women walk 2 kms or more to fetch water from open, dirty wells for drinking and cooking. They store the water in plastic cans and pots. • Because of scarcity of water, the villagers bathe once a week. They do not care for their personal hygiene. • Many children and women become sick with seasonal illnesses such as malaria, typhoid, flu, jaundice, and other diseases.
