Moose Calf SEP 'I.. 7 2006

GEOSCIENCE A S!SSMENT Introduction OFF

A program of diamond drilling was carried out to follow up on trench samples with grades up to 5.79 g/t gold. The property is located in northwest Laurie Township which is approximately 60 kilometers northwest of .

Location, Access and Topography

The moose cal f property is centered on 48 33' 30" N longitude in northwestern Laurie Township (claim map G-669), approximately 60 kilometers northwest of Thunder Bay . The property may be accessed via all weather gravel logging roads, that branch off of the Inco mine road. The Inco mine road is located at'the Highway # 11 junction in Ontario. The moose calf logging road transects the southwest corner of claim 120875. The central claims can be accessed by skidder or all terrain vehicle via a logging haul road that crosses through the central part of the claim group. Access to the eastern claims is via logging haul road from Highway #17 at Corners. The property is characterized by east-south east gullies that reflect the general strike of the major geological structure. Relief is low (440-475 m) especially in the western claim, however the topography It;', becomes more rugged towards the east, drainage consists of narrow, shallow easterly flowing creeks, which originate at two small lakes in the central pan of the claim group. Swampy areas have been created by several beaver dams that cross the above mentioned creeks. Flora consists of stands of jackpine, black spruce, birch and popular. Alders are common especially along the creeks and in the swampy areas. Cedars and tamarack grow in the boggy areas near the lake, on claim # 1208745 and on the eastern portion of the claim gr~up. The middle portion of claim 1195960 and the western, central and the eastern sections of the claim group have been clrar cut with-in the last five years.

Land Status

The property consists of 7 claims with a total of 47 claim units, recorded in the names of Joe Hackl lie. E32773 and Joey Hackllic. E33501, both of She band owan Ontario. This report is filed to fuml assessment requirements on the following claims;

SEP 'L 7 I.U06 4 ~ Exploration History I GEOSCIENCE ASSESSMENT F Gold was first noted in the gold creek area and the matta.WftfM!~~~W~~mt'I~tt----' geologists in 1896. The area near the moose calf property attracted attention for its iron ore potential. During the 1950's and 1960's, Monpre Iron Mines Limited completed geological and geophysical surveys followed by diamond drilling and bulk metallurgical tests over the mattawin iron range, to the south of the moose calf property. In 1958 George Chilian excavated four trenches and drilled 10 diamond drill holes (172 meters), at the Chilian showing located near the western end of sand lake approximately one kilometer to the north east end of the moose calf property. (Carter 1990). In 1989 MCS. Capital Ltd. completed an airborne magnetic and VLF-EM survey over a large area, part of which covered the moose calfclaims.Three hundred and forty eight line miles were flown. In recent years the area to the south and to the west of the moose calf property was the focus of gold exploration by Inco Gold Company. Prospecting, geophysical mapping, geophysical surveying, trenching and diamond drilling were completed in several areas close to the moose calf claim group including the gold creek east group located directly to the south.

..'01 Regional Geology

The northern portion of the claim group is underlain by a sequence of keewatin mafic to intermediate massive to pilI owed flows, intermediate to felsic tuffs and agglomerates, and a thick sequence of fine grained, black pyrite, argillaceous to silty metasediments. A large magnetite bearing gabbroic body and a hornblende phyrric unit intrude these rocks in the north-central area of the property. The geology of the southern section of the claims consists of immature "Timiskaming Type" , quartz-feldspar-amphibole rich metasediments ranging from conglomerates through sandstone, siltstone andargillite. A fine grained magnetite rich argillite/ siltstone crosses the south-west portion of the property. A metasedimentary unit of mafic composition with jasper clasts crosses the central area of the property near the interpreted break between the Timiskaming and the Keewatin aged rock.Late stage biotite rich lampophyre dykes intrude all other rock types with the majority occurring within the coarse grained "Timiskaming Type" sandstone in the southern half of the property. All rock units, excluding the intrusives trend between 100 to 130 and dip vertically to sub-vertically except for local shearing, the rocks appear to be relatively underformed. A marked depression that transects the property from the east to west probably represents the crayfish fault or possibly a break between the keewatin and timiskaming aged rocks. Several types of alteration have been noted during the sampling program. Silification (quarts veining, quartz flooding), hematization ( potassium alteration) and minor sericite and epidote alteration occurs along shear zones typically adjacent to lamphyre dykes. Results of the Program

The Diamond drill program was successful in that hosted intersecting the assays as high altered sedimentary as 5.75 g1t gold. rocks
