Italian F4 Championship powered by Abarth - Porsche Carrera Cup Italia International GT Open – EuroFormula Open Championship – Clio Cup Europa TO ALL ENROLLED COMPETITORS AND DRIVERS Versione del 05 Luglio - 2021 Subject: 23-25 July 2021 Event “Enzo e Dino Ferrari” International Imola Circuit In order to operationally facilitate the pre-race management of the various categories concerned, we kindly ask the Competitors / Drivers to strictly comply with the F.I.A. / A.C.I. sport regulations in force, as well as the provisions of this document, regarding: a) REGISTRATION FOR THE SEPARATE SCHEDULED RACES All registrations must be sent to FORMULA IMOLA SpA by Friday 16 July 2021 and must be accompanied by the relative registration fees. Registration must take place as follows: Competitors with an Italian license through the online "pre-registration" procedure on the ACI Sport website. link http://acisport.it/it/acisport/news/comunicati/61329/preiscrizioni-online-alle-gare-automobilistiche Please note that pre-registrations, once taken over by the organizer, will no longer be visible or editable by the competitor. N.B. A competitor with an Italian license can register in the competition one or more drivers with a foreign license. Pre-registration, even if accepted to be validated, must be followed by sending the copy of the payment. The Competitor / Driver shall also send by e-mail the following: - Copy of the payment of the event registration fee; - Copy of any documents that expired (medical check-up and / or ACI membership); - Any qualification requested to drive the vehicle the registration is for; - In the case of racers who are minors, self-certification of parental authority, and a copy of both parents' and minor’s IDs. - PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE REGISTRATION FORM ONCE THE PRE-REGISTRATION HAS BEEN MADE UNLESS EXPLAINING THE REASON FOR SENDING. Competitors / Drivers with foreign licenses must download the forms from the website www.acisport.it or from the website www.autodromoimola.it in the "notice board" section or at the following link https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1 / folders / 1nsjw5h96iP4nC0VLZ_LXQVI3V8KW6iyu, fill them and send them by email together with the following documents: - Race registration form; - Valid competitor and driver licenses (front and back); - Copy of the payment of the event registration fee; - ID document; - Medical card (if not indicated on the license); - Authorisation from the relevant National Sports' Association (mandatory if not indicated on the licence); - In the case of racers who are minors, self-certification of parental authority, and a copy of both parents' and minor’s IDs. In any case, registration will be valid and complete ONLY once the relative registration fee is paid.

All Competitors, when using the registration form, should indicate all essential data (in particular the licence number and technical passport number) and attach the above documents, in order for the registration to be valid and so that it is not necessary to prevent the competitor's staff from accessing the Circuit.

PASSES FROM THE ACCREDITATION CENTRE, TOGETHER WITH THE RELEVANT COVID CERTIFICATIONS AND THE NEW STAFF LIST. All documentation on registration, staff list and free practice sessions must be sent in a single e-mail to avoid misunderstandings. d) ENTRANCE TO THE CIRCUIT Until new dispositions the event will be held behind closed doors (protected Paddock Area). The Competitor (natural or legal person) shall send the following (attachment 3): - The name of the responsible who will go to the Accreditation Center - The names of other people who will have to access the protected area (Paddock) based on the number - indicated in respective Protocols. Personnel at the Accreditation Centre will identify the participants' contact, collect the COVID-19 self- certification of participants in original, updated with a date not earlier than 2 days ago (attachment 5), and then deliver the BLU wristbands to enter inside the Paddock, certifying the collection of covid certification. The wristbands have to be worn during the whole event. Inside the envelope you will also find the service Passes to access the Pit Lane, Pit Wall and the Car Passes. Those passes grant access to the relative zones, but not to the Paddock (protected area). IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO COLLECT ONLY A PART OF THE ENVELOPE CONTENTS Entrance to the Circuit is allowed: • Thursday 22 July 2021 from 09.00 to 20.00 Box • Thursday 22 July 2021 from 11.00 to 20.00 Paddock • Friday 23 July 2021 from 08.00 to 20.00. • Saturday 24 July 2021 from 08.00 to 20.00. The above times must be observed. At night, the transport of materials and/or handling of heavy-duty equipment is not permitted, unless specifically authorised by the Circuit Management. During the weekend, access to the main paddock to load and unload material will be permitted only for a maximum of 45 minutes, with the issue of a delivery pass (issued against a cash deposit of 50.00 euro. e) BOX e1) SECURITY REGULATIONS INSIDE THE GARAGES: ❖ It is forbidden to smoke or use open flames inside the garages; ❖ It is forbidden to leave inside the box inflamable materials (fuel, etc.), which should be positioned outside; ❖ Leave visible and accessibile fire hydrants, fire extinguishers and any other fire-fighting equipment; ❖ Ensure the full usability of emergency exits, transit areas and escape routes, avoiding any obstruction; ❖ Deposit the used oils in the appropriate containers positioned in different points within the racetrack; ❖ In case of accidental spills of flammable liquids, oils or substances that can make the floors slippery, promptly remove and clean them; ❖ The garages must be sanitized daily by the occupants using chemical detergents.

e2) BOOKING THE GARAGES The request to book a garage is to be sent by e-mail to the following address: [email protected] , not later than Thursday 15th July (Attachment 2). In the booking request the following must be indicated:

Garage reservations will not be taken into consideration if not done together with the registration. The garages will be assigned by ACI Sport that will communicate to the sport office of Imola Circuit, who will then send a confirmation. The cost of each garage (dimensions: 16,00 x 6,00 meters) for the whole Week End (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is 1.000 Euros + VAT THE PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE ONLY BE BANK TRANSFER, NOT LATER THAN 21ST JULY 2021. f) PADDOCK SECURITY INFORMATION FOR THE EVENT PARTICIPANTS (TEAM) For all participants (Team) the safety provisions to be observed inside the Circuit are illustrated in the document called "Information on specific risks for the Imola Circuit and track activities" published on the Autodrome website and as further communication to the participants on the Aci Sport Site which the Teams must necessarily view. g) EVENT SCHEDULE The provisional schedule of the Event will be published on the website www.acisport.it and on the website www.autodromoimola.it ADMINISTRATIVE CHECKS: As per the norm and protocol “General Protocol for the containment of the spread of Covid-19 virus in motor sport”. ALL THE COMPETITORS AND DRIVERS WITH A NON-ACI LICENSE MUST GO TO THE GROUND FLOOR OF THE RACE DIRECTION BUILDING, WITH THE ENTRANCE ON THE SIDE OF THE OFFICIAL RACE REGISTER, TO COMPLETE THE ADMINISTRATIVE CHECKS (DOCUMENT CONTROL) TECHNICAL CHECKS: As per legislation in order to ensure compliance with the health regulations in force for the containment of the COVID-19 virus only one reference person designated by the team or competitor must deliver to garage “A” checks, the form “Annual Technical Certification” (if not sent yet) and other forms: - compliance of safety clothing (the form must be completed by all crew members participating in the race); - compliance of the car safety devices (using the form appropriate to the Group to which they belong). The documentation must be strictly handed within the times provided below for technical checks. If the documents are not delivered in the place or at the scheduled times, the competitor / driver will not be included in the list of verified and thus will not be admitted to the event. Participants may use the equipment at the circuit for technical checks in compliance with applicable health regulations. Post-race checks will take place in the control areas, respecting health regulations. The areas for technical checks will have the following opening times: • Thursday 22 July 2021 from 14.00 to 18.00 • Friday 23 July 2021 from 09.00 to 20.00. • Saturday 24 July 2021 from 08.00 to 19.30. • Sunday 25 July 2021 from 08.00 to 19.00. After these times, the equipment present (weighing machine, surface plate, etc.) can not be used. ACCREDITATION CENTER The Accreditation Center will be positioned in the parking outside the “Rivazza” entrance gate, and will have the following opening times: • Thursday 22nd July 2021 from 08.00 to 20.00 • Friday 23rd July 2021 from 08.00 to 20.00 • Saturday 24th July 2021 from 08.00 to 18.00 • Sunday 25th July 2021 from 08.00 to 14.00 The only person authorised to collect the envelope with the passes for the competitor is the one indicated in the staff list form (see attachment 3). Please note that to collect the passes all the “Covid” self-certificates must be delivered in original. Those who fail to deliver all the documentation will not be able to access the circuit. To collect the envelopes it will be necessary to show an ID card. i) ENTRANCE FOR ASSISTANCE VEHICLES AND CARS The entrance to the Paddock and garages for the assistance vehicles (Trucks, Vans and Cars) can be done exclusively from via Santerno – the Rivazza entrance. l) TRANSPONDER DISTRIBUTION The transponders have to be collected by the Responsible of the Team, in the Timekeeping Office situated on the pag.4 di 6

terrace above the garages, with access by ladder C, with following opening times: • Thursday 22nd July 2021 from 14.00 to 19.00 • Friday 23rd July 2021 from 08.00 to 19.00 The transponders have to be returned at the same office, on the garage terrace, access from ladder C, during Sunday 25th July, not later than 30 minutes after the last scheduled race. m) OFFICIAL RACE REGISTER In compliance with regulatory provisions, the Official Race Register, only Virtual, will be open from Thursday 22nd July 2021, at the following internet address: https://sites.google.com/autodromoimola.it/official-virtual- notice- board/ or https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/1PQyZOigaZoYI4-IDs7jAptv5rxB_ioCq n) AUDIO/VIDEO TRANSMISSIONS Please note that the transmission of TV signals inside the garages and the paddock of Imola Circuit is digital or analog. Please synchronise your equipment so that you can receive the TV signal transmitted in the circuit. o) AUDIO/VIDEO TRANSMISSIONS Please note that any broadcasting of live or recorded music by audio/video from inside the garages, motor homes and hospitality areas in the paddock area and in any other area of the Circuit is subject to the payment of corresponding SIAE (Italian Authors and Publishers Association) taxes, payable at: Agency SIAE in Imola - 40026 Imola (BO) phone 0542-24424 – mail [email protected] p) CERTIFICATION OF TEMPORARY STRUCTURES INSIDE THE PADDOCK AREA Please find attached to the following comunication (Attachment 6), concerning the certification documentation needed to authorise the construction of temporary structures inside the paddock during the event. The following documentation has to be sent to our tecnica office – Simone Magnani ( tel. +390542655129) – to the following e-mail: [email protected] NOT LATER THAN Thursday 15th July 2021. q) MUNICIPAL BILLBOARD TAX All those who intend to display flags, banners, etc. visible from the outside, there is an obligation to pay a municipal tax on advertising equal to 8.13 euros per square meter. We therefore invite you to contact the racetrack secretariat ([email protected]) for agreements on how to pay this municipal tax. r) IMOLA WI-FI AREA Inside the Paddock, the garages and in Pit-Lane WI-FI is free of charge. The WI-FI name is : AutodromoImola Inside the garages, upon request and for a fee private WI-FI can be activated, as seen in form (Attachment 7). Participants admitted to the Circuit shall comply with all regulations and the "General Protocol for combating and containing the spread of COVID-19 in motor sports" (ACI Sport and Imola Circuit). During the entire event, health protocols of applicable regulations must be complied with (social distancing, using

face masks and other personal protective equipment), in a suitable manner. N.B.: people without personal protective equipment will not be admitted to the Protected Area (Paddock). Users should carefully examine the COVID-19 Protocol and General Regulations (attached) as regards safety at the Circuit, also regarding COVID-19 measures, waste disposal, and the assembly of any temporary structures. Please note that for the events organised at the Imola Circuit this year will be activated a separate waste collection system, where you can find the following waste containers. • Specific containers for PAPER/CARDBOARD waste • Specific containers for PLASTIC waste • Specific containers for GLASS/ CANS waste • Specific containers for ORGANIC waste • Specific containers for MIXED (UNDIFFERENTIATED) waste

Please share this information with all the participants of the event, so that all together we can guarantee the environmental sustainability of the event. Please note that it is forbidden to leave special waste inside the circuit, as specified in the art. 8.2 of the general regulations attached, available at http://www.autodromoimola.it/regolamento/ 8.2 It is absolutely forbidden to leave in the areas used by the Client special waste, for example: tyres, batteries, containers with oil and petrol, parts of vehicles, etc... The materials that the Client needs to get rid off must be properly disposed at his own expenses. 3. to be aware of the provisions of current legislation regarding the containment and management of the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19 and to comply with the provisions of the current reference discipline; 4. to be aware: - the obligation to stay at home in the presence of fever (over 37.5 °) or other flu symptoms and the usefulness of calling your family doctor and the health authority; - and accept the fact of not being able to enter or remain in the structure and of having to promptly declare it where, even after entry, there are conditions of possible danger such as, for example, symptoms of flu, abnormal body temperature, contact with positive to the virus persons in the fourteen (14) days preceding or for which the Authority's provisions dictate to inform the doctor or the Health Authority, to remain at home or to carry out fiduciary isolation; - the provisions of the Authorities and of the Company regarding access to the Circuit and to undertake to comply with them, in particular taking care to maintain the provisions of the Anti-contagion Company Protocol available on the www.autodromoimola.it website; - that he is required to promptly and responsibly inform the Company of the presence of any flu symptoms during the performance of the activity, taking care to remain at an adequate distance from the people present; 5. to be in perfect physical and mental health conditions and not to use any substances (alcohol, drugs, medications etc.) likely to affect or alter efficiency and to be in possession of a valid medical certificate certifying his physical and mental health with what foreseen by the health dm dated 24th April 2013 and by art. 42bis dd.l. 21st June 2013 n. 69 and to therefore release Formula Imola S.p.A., Con.Ami and the Municipality of Imola from any liability for any physical problems which he may experience during the performance of the planned activities; 6. to be the holder of a currently valid driving license and to have an adeguate information and training on the specific risks of the activity undertaken on the track; 7. to have an available vehicle which must be ideally suitable for the planned activity and to undertake to wear special technical gear and suitable protectors during on-track activities; 8. not to let any other person access the track with the above specified vehicle, hereby undertaking to accept all connected responsibilities and any civil, administrative or criminal penalty resulting from failure to comply with this rule; 9. to undertake to complete the first few laps around the track at low speed for sighting purposes only, and to hereby acknowledge that continuing in the performance after the first sighting laps implicitly indicates that perfect familiarity with the track has been acquired and to be aware of its technical difficulties and to be able to carry out the planned activity; 10. to have adequate insurance coverage against all risks (including the risk of death, partial or total permanent disability) as well as third-party liability insurance without the right of recourse in accordance with art. 1916 of the Italian Civil Code; 11. to be fully informed of the noise restrictions contained in the Act no. 447/1995, the Presidential Decree no. 304/2001 and the dispositions contained in the acoustic classification plan of Imola’s Municipality (available on the website http://trasparenza.nuovocircondarioimolese.it/imola/amministrazione- trasparente/pianificazione-e-governo-del-territorio/nuova-pianificazione-adottata-psc-rue-ca/approvazione) to authorize that the vehicle used be subjected to a verification on the effective acoustic emissions generated and to be aware, and accept, a fixed system monitoring the entries which measures the leq (A) for each hour of activity, the daily average of the period from 9 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and the period from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and a dynamic system which measures the emissions, and that, in case values are exceeded or the detection of a tendential exceeding, Formula Imola S.p.A. has the right to suspend and/or interrupt the activity going on without having to pay any compensation and/or damages; 12. to use the track at his own risk and peril and to be in any case fully aware of - and to declare to expressly and knowingly accept - all the risks connected with the performance of the planned activity, also with reference to the simultaneous presence of other vehicle drivers/riders on the track, being aware that any activity within the Circuit will be performed at his own risk and peril and expressly declaring, for all intents and purposes, his explicit acceptance of the performance of the planned activity on his own exclusive responsibility, also in the event that he does not have any previous experience and/or specific knowledge of the Imola Circuit; 13. to release Formula Imola S.p.A., Con.Ami and the Municipality of Imola, in the widest possible manner, personally and on behalf of his successors or assignees in any way, from any consequence - without any exception whatsoever, for the Undersigned and for any third party - resulting from accidents, incidents and from subsequent activities (including, but not limited to, fire fighting, emergency care and rescuing activities etc.) and to release in the widest possible manner, personally and on behalf of his successors or assignees in any way, Formula Imola S.p.A., Con.Ami and the Municipality of Imola, the Circuit personnel and other members of the organisation, including all the persons appointed by them to carry out tasks within the Circuit and/or to assist in the performance of such tasks, from the obligation to pay any sums of money by way of compensation for damages, indemnification, reimbursement etc. - both for the undersigned person and for any third party - in the event of accidents, incidents and any subsequent activities, whatever the duration, outcome and/or consequences of such events, which may occur during the planned activities, and this notwithstanding the cause ANNEX “4 ENG” AUTODROMO INTERNAZIONALE ENZO E DINO FERRARI

of the accident, incident and/or injury - including accidental occurrences and cases of force majeure - and notwithstanding the party deemed responsible, be it Formula Imola S.p.A. , Con.Ami and the Municipality of Imola, their respective organisations, employees and appointed persons, and more generally, any other person concerned, including through negligence, and including any occurrence during the performance of any activities subsequently to the accident, incident and/or injury; 14. to accept to fully and exclusively repay any damages caused, either directly or indirectly during tests, to the facilities of the Circuit "Enzo e Dino Ferrari" of Imola, to other drivers/riders, to their vehicles and property, to third parties - without any exceptions, be they spectators, passengers, guests or other persons carrying out any activity or happening to be at the Circuit for any reason (including photographers, press officers or other persons carrying out commercial and/or professional tasks) or members of the organisation, and including any other persons appointed by them to carry out tasks or functions at the Circuit and/or assist in the performance thereof (including, but not limited to, track marshals, fire-fighting personnel, medical and health care professionals, photographers, press officers, media workers etc.) as well as their property, and to hereby release Formula Imola S.p.A., Con.Ami and the Municipality of Imola, in the widest possible manner, personally and on behalf of his successors or assignees in any way, from each and any connected liability, and holding them harmless from any claim for damages which may be submitted to them by third parties and assignees for the above mentioned reasons, and undertake to indemnify them for all the expenses and charges incurred by them for any reason in the interest of the Undersigned; 15. to be aware of the fact that the parking and paddock areas located inside the Circuit are not guarded, and to therefore release Formula Imola S.p.A., Con.Ami and the Municipality of Imola from any responsibilities in connection with thefts, damaging and/or loss of any equipment or material left or stored at the Circuit; 16. to accept, without raising any exception or submitting damage or indemnification claims, that Formula Imola S.p.A., if necessary and at its own exclusive discretion, may modify, revoke or suspend, even during ongoing activities, the rules governing the use of the track and of other circuit facilities; 17. that the activity is with character (please tick the type of activity):  - competitive sport;  - non competitive sport;  - unorganized recreational ludic;  - working; and, if requested, provides to show to Formula Imola S.p.A. copy of its own medical certificate of physical fitness; 18. in compliance with the provisions of EU Reg. 679/2016, the undersigned declares to have read and understood the Privacy Policy available on the www.autodromoimola.it website and expressly gives his free, informed and aware consent to the processing of personal data and/or data relating to health and his images using manual tools and / or with the help of telematic systems supplied by Formula Imola SpA, through its agents, in order to comply with and fulfill the obligations established by law and for the management, direct and indirect, of the relationships connected with the use of the Circuit facilities and indispensable for participation and for executing legal obligations; acknowledges that the data controller is Formula Imola S.p.A. based in Imola, Piazza Ayrton Senna da Silva 1 and are recognized the rights referred to in art. 15 EU Regulation 679/2016; 19. I, the undersigned, also declare that I have been informed by the Data Controller that any processing of my personal and / or health-related data is necessary in order to prevent contagion from the so-called Coronavirus, so as to protect the safety of persons who pass through its premises, as a fulfillment related to the anti-contagion safety protocols assumed by the Company pursuant to art. 1 paragraph 1, letter z) and gg) d.l. n. 19/2020 and its implementing measures and art. 1, paragraph 14, d.l. n. 33/2020 (as specified in the shared protocol for the regulation of measures to combat and contain the spread of Covid-19 in the workplace of 14 March 2020 updated on 24 April 2020).

The legal basis is therefore the need of processing for the execution of a public interest task with which the Data Controller is invested and, with specific regard to health data (so-called details), for the fulfillment of the obligations of the Data Controller in the field of labor law and social security and social protection.

DOCUMENTATION TO BE REQUESTED FROM THE CUSTOMER WHO INSTALLS STRUCTURES IN IMOLA CIRCUIT (The structure means: gazebo-tent structure-boxes over 80 cm - tents - stands)

1) Executive project, complete with plans, prospects and quoted sections, signed by a qualified technician compliant with the installed structure (the project must show precisely the installed structure) 2) Calculation report signed by a qualified technician drawn up in accordance with the Decree of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport on January 14, 2008, New Technical Construction Standards (wind for Imola 25 meters per second) 3) Valid certifications attesting to the fire reaction class of furnishing materials. The certification includes the declaration of conformity, the transport document and the Ministerial approval certificate. The approval code must be indicated in all certificates 4) In the case of suspended structures, report on suspended loads, signed by a qualified technician, drawn up pursuant to the Circular of the Ministry of the Interior No. 1689 on 01 April 2011. 5) Project of temporary electrical systems

At the end of the installation the following documents must be required:

1) Static testing drawn up by a qualified technician, registered for 10 years in the professional register, who has not intervened in the design, calculation and construction management of the structure. 2) Certification of correct assembly of the structures signed by the manager of the company that carried out the installation (end of set-up) 3) In the case of suspended structures, certification referred to in point 3 of the Circular of the Ministry of the Interior No. 1689 of 01 April 2011 signed by a qualified technician 4) In the case of suspended structures, certification referred to in point 4 of the Circular of the Ministry of the Interior No. 1689 of 01 April 2011 signed by the person in charge of the event 5) Declaration of conformity of temporary electrical systems pursuant to Law 37/2008 with attached the certificate of the Chamber of Commerce certifying the possession by the installation company of the requirements for the construction of the systems. 6) Declaration of correct installation of furnishing materials (p.v.c., carpet, p.v.c. shells) in the DIC.PROD.2014
