Site image Centre - Rosehill is reasonable but noisy due to major road junction.

Other North Street/B277 0.2 4 An attractive location for the type of business, although Carshalton ` would not be suited to many other firms if the current occupiers chose to vacate the site. Other Denmark Road 1.7 3 Some landscaped and mature trees along the boundary Council Offices of site. Office is fairly old but in reasonable state, however should council leave the site it could be difficult to attract new occupants to the site. Preferred Restmor Way/Felnex 11.2 5 Fair access for majority of site. Would not be attractive Industrial Location Trading Estate to high value investors in its current state. Condition of buildings is only fair at best. Preferred Wandle Valley 3.2 4 The site on the whole is in fair condition. Industrial Location Trading Estate
