We have successfully conceptualised and implemented assignments with a focus on integrating gender equality and social inclusion as cross cutting issues in all aspects of social and economic programming including private sector development and urban planning, community empowerment, slum development, poverty reduction, policies & capacity building, participatory learning & appraisal, community mobilisation, economic development, voice and accountability, behaviour change communication, design of social safety nets, beneficiary analysis, satisfaction surveys, poverty tracking and monitoring systems.

A robust public financial management system is a cornerstone for any government and more so in developing countries. Transparent and equitable public finances provide a platform for governments to deliver a strong enabling environment for business and effective public services. Our specialised team of professionals work in all aspects of the EPFM cycle to enhance public financial management efficiency right from planning to resource allocation and spending. We ensure adequacy, appropriateness, economy, efficiency, effectiveness and equity in our progress.
