QUALIFICATIONS

 Engaged in oceanography as well as remote sensing and GIS research with

good teaching skills in all fields. I specialize in studying remote sensing and Page 1

GIS applications in marine and coastal area.  15 years of experience in using remote sensing and GIS for mapping the different water resources. The last three years of my research were dedicated mainly for working on Monitoring and Integrated Coastal Zone Management System (ICAMS), Marine and Aquatic Ecosystems, coastal wetlands and lagoons.  Currently developing new skills in Radar and Hyperspectral data acquisition and processing and its applications in marine and coastal studies.
