The men's lacrosse team utilizes an 8,000-square-foot fitness center under the direction of the athletic department’s strength and conditioning director, JeffConnors, a spe- cialist in sport-specific training. Connors is rel- atively new to the Carolina staff, having joined the regime of Tar Heel football coach John Bunting. Connors will specifically work with the Carolina football program while organizing and overseeing the program for all 28 athletic teams at UNC.
