SCHEDULE. Defined Area. In the villages of Yerolakkos, Paleometokho, Ayii Trimithias, Pano Dheftera, Kato Dheftera, Pano Lakatamia, Kato Lakatamia, Strovolos, Engomi and Ayios Dhometios, all in the District ot Nicosia, the area within the following boundary, that is to say :— The boundary commences at the junction of the asphalt road leading from the village of Yerolakkos to Nicosia Airport with the Mynou- Nicosia main road and proceeds in an easterly direction along the said main road to its junction with the Nicosia bye-pass, which junction is at the north-western corner of the Water Conservation Area the boundaries of which are described in item 2 of Public Instrument 556 of 1951 · thence southwards, south-westwards and south-eastwards along the western boundary of the said Water Conservation Area to its south• western corner, which corner is at the north-eastern corner of Arkhan- gelos Monastery ; thence south-westwards in a straight line to a junction of tracks with the road leading from the village of Ayii Trimithias to the village of Pano Dheftera, locality " Laxia tou Markou", which junction is at the south-western corner of the Water Conservation Area, the boundaries of which are described in item 1 of Public Instrument 556 of 1951 ; thence northwards along the western boundary of the said Water Conservation Area to its north-eastern corner, which corner is at the junction of a footpath with the asphalt road leading from the village of Yerolakkos to Nicosia Airport, locality " Kamarospilios", thence north-westwards along the said asphalt road to the point of commence• ment all which boundary is more particularly delineated in the Government Survey Plan, Serial No. 1740, a copy of which is deposited at the office of the Commissioner, Nicosia and Kyrenia, at Nicosia.

REVOCATION OF ORDER MADE UNDER REGULATION 44. In exercise of the powers vested in me by Regulation 44 of the Emer• gency Powers (Public Safety and Order) Regulations, 1955 to 1958, and the powers vested in me by Regulation 69, I hereby revoke, without preju• dice to anything done or left undone thereunder, the order made by me on the 28th January, 1957, and published under Public Instrument 107 of 1957.
