Responsibilities: As a PhD student and a teacher assistant, I was responsible for teaching undergraduate students different courses including Introduction to Marketing, Marketing Research, and Marketing Analytics. Moreover, I was responsible for performing teaching-related duties to assist faculty members, professors, department heads and other faculty. I was also proctoring exams, grading tests and homework, recording grades in grade book, and assigning material in class as needed.

Responsibilities: I was conducting market research and analyzing consumers’ data. I was developing models to estimate customer lifetime value (CLV). I was responsible for measuring the value of the customers and developing online advertising plans. I Implemented RFM segmentation to cluster the customers into different groups and target them better. All in all, I was using programming to integrate big data into the CRM processes.
