Department vide above referred communications,sanction is hereby accorded to the provisional appointment of Seven Hundred Twenty-Seven (727) candidates as "General Teachers" in School Education Department in District Cadre Srinagar, Budgam, Ganderbal, Bandipora, Baramulla, Kupwara, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Kulgam, in pursuance to SSB's advertisement Notice No. 06 of 2017 dated 28.12.2017 (item No. 010, 004, 005, 002, 003, 007, 008, 001, 009 and 006 respectively in the Pay Level 5 (Rs. 29200/-) strictly in terms of SRO 202 of 2015 dated 30.06.2015 against the available slots in various categories subject to the final outcome of the cases, if any, pending before in any Hon'ble Court:. The appointee shall be on probation for a period of five years. ii. The appointees shall be governed under New Pension Scheme as per SRO 400 of 2009 dated 24.12.2009. iii. In case, at any stage it emerges that the certificates/any relevant document furnished/produced by the selectee is/are fake/fictitious, iv. The selectee shall give an undertaking by way of affidavit duly attested by the 1®! Class Judicial Magistrate to the effect that they will not apply for transfer in any case where he/she have been adjusted/posted. v. The appointee shall give an undertaking in shape of an affidavit to the effect that in case adverse report about his/her character and antecedents is received from the Additional Director General of Police, CID, Jammu & Kashmir, to whom a reference shall be made by the concerned Chief Education Officer; his/her appointment shall be itself stand cancelled abinitio and he/she shall have no claim of his/her appointment. vi. The appointment of the candidates shall be subject to outcome of any writ petition(s), if any, pending in any court of competent jurisdiction. The appointees shall report to the Chief Education Officerwithin a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of this appointment order for seeking further posting orders on their own risk and responsibility till the verification/authentication of all relevant documents/certificates are received from the concerned issuing authorities. In case of failure to join within stipulated time period, the appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled abinitio without any further notice. The Chief Education Officer, concerned shall allow the candidate to join on the post after observing all the conditions of appointment order as reflected at (Para 2") and after verifying the following certificates (in original): • Character and antecedents certificate from Additional Director General of Police (CID) • Qualification certificate viz Degree/Marks • Permanent resident certificate • Age and health certificate • Discharge certificate from the Institution attending! last attended • Certificate from the concerned authority to the effect that no loan under-Self Employment Scheme has been taken by the concerned candidates. • Category certificates (in case of reserved categories) under SRO 294 of 21/10/2005. • Total Marks/Marks obtained and percentage of the selectee be also got verified/authenticated from the issuing authority in order to ensure that the qualifications as reflected in the selection list is according to the genuineness marks card /qualification certificate. The provisional appointment order of the candidate shall be confirmed only after receiving verification reports viz date of birth certificates / qualification/marks certificate/category certificate and other (if any) from the issuing authority through concerned Chief Education Officer and no salary shall be drawn till issuance of confirmation order. The inter-se seniority of the appointee in the particular grade/service shall be fixed giving due consideration to their inter-se merit in the selection in terms of Rule 24 of CCA Rules, 1956.
