The Contact Reports of The Contact Reports of "Billy" Eduard Albert Meier: a topical listing Updated 2008.December.9 Extraterrestrial humans began contacting "Billy" Eduard Albert Meier of Switzerland at the age of 5 in 1942 with the Pleiadians/Plejaren man Sfath, and lasted with him until 1953. From 1953-1964 contacts continued with Asket, a woman from the DAL Universe (the twin universe to ours, the DERN Universe). After an 11 year break, the Pleiadians/Plejaren resumed contacts on January 28, 1975 with Sfath's granddaughter Semjase, and continue with others to this day. This document is an attempt at a general listing of topics, names & places mentioned in the Contact Reports of the events & discussions between "Billy" and the extraterrestrials. In some places a rough & incomplete summary is given, along with selected quotes. The listings are generally in the order that they are mentioned within a contact. Some topics are not listed as they are not easily labeled, such as incidents or discussions related to spiritual teachings & development, responsibility, psychology and similar matters. To use this listing effectively use your internet browser's word-find function. Presently, the main source for listings in Contacts 3-9, 11-106 & 115 is Wendelle Stevens' 4-volume "Message From The Pleiades: the Contact Reports of Eduard Billy Meier", an incomplete (sections critical of religion & politics have often been expurgated; see MFTP4 pg.49), edited and often incorrect English-language translation of the original German- language Contact Reports [the CD-ROM reissues of MFTP1 & MFTP2 are unexpurgated but do not contain all the Stevens annotation material; also the photos are cropped differently with the edges containing more photo material than the print version]. Information given for Contacts 107-114 & 116-present is based on rough machine-translated excerpts of German- language excerpts often found in the FIGU Bulletins, and from skimming the German-language Contact Reports for names, places, and other nouns [readily identifiable to the compiler]; these are not meant to reflect the full contents of any given Contact Report. Full informational reliability on any given topic, quotation or event can only be had from a careful reading of the German-language Contact Reports, "Plejadisch- plejarische Kontaktberichte" & "Semjase-Bericht", available from FIGU (Freie Interessengemeinschaft fur Grenz- und Geisteswissenschaften und Ufologiestudien [The Free Community of Interests in Fringe and Spiritual Sciences and Ufological Studies]): http://shop.figu.org/index.php?cPath=21_30 http://shop.figu.org/index.php?cPath=21_30&sort=1a&page=2 The origin of the English-language translation in Stevens' books (published 1988-1995) is as follows, to the best of my reasoning with the information provided. The original English-language translation of the Contact Reports was done "by a young German college student who spent a great deal of time at the Meier home, living with them and observing the various witnesses in their daily lives, and seeking very careful explanations. His translations were then checked and approved, as he proceeded, by both the others at the home and by Eduard Meier himself." (MFTP preface). Stevens purchased an edited variation (MFTP2 pg.151) of this translation in 1979 as a "standard approved 1,800 pages in 100-page booklets" (MFTP4 pg.403), which had been "copied by Amata Stetter, who partly changed the meaning unauthorized and also copied wrong" (Meier, MFTP4 pg.404). The errors in the previously approved copies were discovered by FIGU circa 1992, "accordingly we had to correct and to print everything again" (Meier, MFTP4 pg.404). Thus, PLEASE NOTE and take into consideration that there are not only omissions in the Stevens books, but also, more crucially, interpretation, translation and various clerical errors throughout (sentence numbering, spelling, numerical, etc.). AGAIN, FULL INFORMATIONAL RELIABILITY ON ANY GIVEN TOPIC, QUOTATION OR EVENT CAN ONLY BE HAD FROM A CAREFUL READING OF THE GERMAN- LANGUAGE CONTACT REPORTS. Many of the subjects listed here often have additional information and details contained in later (German language only) Contact Notes, FIGU Bulletins and in the online FIGU forum. For additional and current topical information see the "Your Questions To Billy Meier--Answered" section of the FIGU forum compiled at: http://www25.brinkster.com/chancede/Answers.html A bibliography of English-language materials related to the "Billy" Eduard Albert Meier case is located at: http://www25.brinkster.com/chancede/Meier.html Compiled and annotated by David E. Received: 20 January 2020; Accepted: 23 February 2020; Published: 6 March 2020 Abstract: A combination of the WAVEWATCH III (WW3) model and a modified Holland vortex model is developed and studied in the present work. The Holland 2010 model is modified with two improvements: the first is a new scaling parameter, bs, that is formulated with information about the maximum wind speed (vms) and the typhoon’s forward movement velocity (vt); the second is the introduction of an asymmetric typhoon structure. In order to convert the wind speed, as reconstructed by the modified Holland model, from 1-min averaged wind inputs into 10-min averaged wind inputs to force the WW3 model, a gust factor (gf) is fitted in accordance with practical test cases. Validation against wave buoy data proves that the combination of the two models through the gust factor is robust for the estimation of typhoon waves.

  • The St·Ructural Evolution Oftyphoo S
NSF/ NOAA ATM 8418204 ATM 8720488 DOD- NAVY- ONR N00014-87-K-0203 THE ST·RUCTURAL EVOLUTION OFTYPHOO S by Candis L. Weatherford SEP 2 6 1989 Pl.-William M. Gray THE STRUCTURAL EVOLUTION OF TYPHOONS By Candis L. Weatherford Department of Atmospheric Science Colorado State University Fort Collins, CO 80523 September, 1989 Atmospheric Science Paper No. 446 ABSTRACT A three phase life cycle characterizing the structural evolution of typhoons has been derived from aircraft reconnaissance data for tropical cyclones in the western North Pacific. More than 750 aircraft reconnaissance missions at 700 mb into 101 northwest Pacific typhoons are examined. The typical life cycle consists of the fol lowing: phase 1) the entire vortex wind field builds as the cyclone attains maximum intensity; phase 2) central pressure fills and maximum winds decrease in association with expanding cyclone size and strengthening of outer core winds; and phase 3) the wind field of the entire vortex decays. Nearly 700 aircraft radar reports of eyewall diameter are used to augment anal yses of the typhoon's life cycle. Eye characteristics and diameter appear to reflect the ease with which the maximum wind field intensifies. On average, an eye first appears with intensifying cyclones at 980 mb central pressure. Cyclones obtaining an eye at pressures higher than 980 mb are observed to intensify more rapidly while those whose eye initially appears at lower pressures deepen at slower rates and typ ically do not achieve as deep a central pressure. The eye generally contracts with intensification and expands as the cyclone fills, although there are frequent excep tions to this rule due to the variable nature of the eyewall size.

  • Divers Things: Collecting the World Under Water
Hist. Sci., xlix (2011) DIVERS THINGS: COLLECTING THE WORLD UNDER WATER James Delbourgo Rutgers University I do not pretend to have been to the bottom of the sea. Robert Boyle, 1670 matter out of place Consider the following object as shown in an early eighteenth-century engraving (Figure 1). It is a piece of wood — not a highly worked thing, not ingeniously wrought, though it is an artefact of human labour rather than a natural body. Or is it? In the engraving, the piece of wood disappears: it is visible towards the bottom of the image, a sober pointed stump, but it is quickly subsumed by a second, enveloping entity that swirls about it in an embroidering corkscrew. What elements are here intertwin- ing? The legend beneath the engraving identifies the artefact thus: “Navis, prope Hispaniolam ann Dom 1659. Naufragium passae, asser, a clavo ferreo transfixus, corallio aspero candicante I. B. Obsitus, & a fundo maris anno 1687 expiscatus.” It describes a stake or spar from a ship wrecked off Hispaniola in 1659, which is transfixed by both an iron bolt and rough whitish coral, fished out of the depths in 1687. This collector’s item is neither the cliché of exemplarily beautiful coral nor straightforwardly a historical relic, but an intertwining of the two: the “transfixing” of a remnant of maritime technology by an aquatic agent. It exhibits the very proc- ess of encrustation. The spar is juxtaposed with the image of a jellyfish, and more proximately, engravings of Spanish silver coins, also encrusted with coral: “Nummus argenteus Hispanicus … incrustatus”, one of the labels reads.1 Still another illustra- tion, in a separate engraving, bears the legend “Frustum ligni e mari atlantico erutum cui adhaerescunt conchae anatiferae margine muricata” — a piece of “drift wood beset with bernecle [sic] shells”.
