I would like to see the progress of the bar during advertising, and that when you click on the video screen, instead of sending back to the site that you stay on the app, maybe if the link to the page can not mangare, you can fix it by adding a few overlay key (a little on YouTube) I also like to be kind of keep watching Netflix, obviously with the ability to remove different titles if you don't want to watch them anymore. Finally, but not least, I think it's important to add PiP mode (picture picture for fewer employees) so you can enjoy the program by doing more. Being able to watch the program using this app is a feat if you pause the moment when it hangs, if you raise the volume freezes, if you get a message or the call is called off, if you leave the app in one second it freezes. In short, it always falls, and every time you have to close the app, re-open it, choose a program, take the advertisement then find the place where you arrived and suffer again advertising that, even her, sometimes falls, and there is no way to solve the situation except by restarting the smarphone. It is pretty much disappointing to try to see the program to see the 45 minutes of video I lost almost two hours between various reboots and problems, all with the iPhone Xs, I highly recommend you if all these bugs are not fixed. We assume that the user interface is actually something inconsistent and illogically worded so as not to be used as you designed it. There are bugs that you will never fix: downloading content and downloading a personal page that takes more than 3 minutes to be used (and the problem is not my connection, because I also tested with other connections and other devices), the player who must serve to enjoy the content is definitely made 2-year-old with serious structural and security problems : often video audio content freezes and plants goes out of sync and with the advertising system inserted every minute becomes a really impossible mix. The live function often doesn't work, and the reboot function starts after 5 minutes, and after you start, if you move with the cursor forward or behind the function stops working and it all goes to be blessed. And what about the app that can't get any worse. I wonder when you are going to solve these serious problems. Although I doubt you will. Not good. LA5 folding is known to involve non-native disulfide isomers, yet these folding intermediates have not been structurally characterized. To provide insight into these intermediates, we used nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) to follow LA5 folding in real time. We demonstrate that misfolded or partially folded disulfide intermediates are indistinguishable from the unfolded state when focusing on the backbone NMR signals, which provide information on the formation of only the final, native state. However, 13C labeling of cysteine side chains differentiated transient intermediates from the unfolded and native states and reported on disulfide bond formation in real time. The cysteine pairings in a dominant intermediate were identified using 13C-edited three-dimensional NMR, and coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulations were used to investigate the preference of this disulfide set over other non-native arrangements. The transient population of LA5 species with particular non-native cysteine connectitivies during folding supports the conclusion that cysteine pairing is not random and that there is a bias toward certain structural ensembles during the folding process, even prior to the binding of calcium.

    Mediaset Italia Soon in the US Published on iItaly.org (http://iitaly.org) Mediaset Italia Soon in the US (September 20, 2010) Presented in New York the new Mediaset Channel, which will bring to the Italians worldwide the TV that the Italians in Italy watch A new Mediaset [2] channel, which offers combined programming from Canale 5, Italia 1 and Rete 4, was recently presented in New York. “Our goal is to give the Italians around the world a taste of what the Italians in Italy watch on TV. RAI often broadcasts outdated programs,” says Patrizio Teubal, head of sales at Mediaset. The project of an international Mediaset channel, which would combine shows from Canale 5, Rete 4 and Italia1, has existed for years. It is called Mediaset Italia, and it was unveiled by Patricio Teubal, director of International sales of Rti Spa, part of Fininvest (the media company founded by Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi), who presented it to the media and important Italian-American organizations. At “Marea”, a restaurant on Central Park South, the Mediaset rep was sided by Scott Wheeler, vice president of International Media Distribution (Imd), a company specialized in distributing ethnical channels in the US.
