主な業務

Dr. Chester Zhao serves as legal counsel to government agencies, public institutions and various listed companies and foreign-funded companies in and Province. He provides legal services to large leading domestic enterprises such as Jinbei group, Huachen group, Jinshan ZHAO Chengtao group, Shenyang Machine Tools group and Songliao group, in their ventures with foreign Partner counterparts, such as Toyota, Sanden, Toshiba and Nippon Express of Japan, Hyundai and Daewoo of South Korea, LTI of Britain, Tongil Heavy Industries of South Korea, BAG Group of Egypt, GAMESA and Holiday Group of Spain, Air Conditioner International of Australia and HSO of Germany, for technology introduction, import of equipment and components, incorporation of joint ventures, licensing of technology, export of products and equipment, invitation to bid/bidding, contracting for projects and franchise. Dr. Zhao also advises such clients on their internal operations, including corporate governance, management of enterprise resources, strategic management, innovation management, risk control, contract management, human resources management, bankruptcy restructuring, claim about product quality, litigation and arbitration.

International Trade and Foreign Investment Dr. Zhao has almost 10 years of experience in international trade, international technology transfer, international finance, international financing (BOT), foreign investment, international business negotiations, maritime affairs and international commercial arbitration.

Corporate As a qualified independent director, Dr. Zhao has trained in ERP, management of industrial and commercial enterprises, risk management and financial management. He advises clients on corporate governance, management of enterprise resources, company strategy, management of innovation, risks, contracts and human resources, bankruptcy liquidation and enterprise consolidation.

Real Estate and Infrastructure Dr. Zhao has a construction engineering background and holds an FIDIC certificate, in addition to extensive experience with legal issues relating to land, real estate, infrastructure construction and invitation to bid/bidding, development and marketing
