Declaration of interests: Marco Biagi will be invited to declare any relevant interests. 2. Choice of Deputy Convener: The Committee will choose a Deputy Convener. 3. European and External Relations Committee 12th Meeting, 2012 The Committee will meet at 9.00 am in Committee Room 2 1.
