1. Introduction

1.1. This document includes a list of all those East Local Development Plan (EALDP) 2017 allocations and windfall sites included in the Housing Land Audit 2020. A windfall site has been included in the audit where it has extant planning permission on 1st April 2020 and will provide 4 or more housing units. An analysis of the findings of the Housing Land Audit 2020 can be seen in Housing Land Audit 2020 Vol 1 – Summary Report.

1.2. Sites and settlements are grouped according to the Sub Housing Market Area (Figure 1) in which they are located. Each settlement is listed in alphabetical order within its appropriate Sub HMA section or, for those sites not located within a settlement boundary, grouped in the section for whichever Sub HMA they fall within. A map is included for each site.

1.3. The following information is presented in relation to each allocated and windfall site:
