What's New at San Marcos Premium Outlets SAN MARCOS, TEXAS WHAT’S NEW AT SAN MARCOS PREMIUM OUTLETS® San Marcos Premium Outlets is adding a host of stellar new brands. We are pleased to highlight the following 2016 store openings: CH Carolina Herrera, Diesel, Pandora, Lindt Chocolate, and Steve Madden.
