The Authorised officer or Bank shall not be responsible for any charge, lien, encumbrances or any other dues to the Government or any one else in respect of properties Auctioned. 6. Further, they are to upload KYC documents on the said portal for KYC verification. Once the KYC documents are Verified by e-auction service provider (may take 2-3 working days), then intending Bidders/Purchasers has to deposit the EMD amount using online mode in his Global EMD Wallet before the e-auction date & time through the portal after generating Challan from https://www.mstcecommerce.com. The registration, Verification of KYC documents and deposit of EMD in Global Wallet , must be comprised well in advance, before the auction to avoid unwanted situation. 10.
