Every season of Idol seems Idol Dreams bring a bit of controversy and last night was no different. Rumors have been swirling that one of the Top 24 guys was disqualified because his dad told a local paper Idol Dreams his son had made the show. I thought we might find out last night if Idol Dreams rumors were true. But there wasn't a peep about it on the show. However, what did strike many as odd, including me, was the appearance, then sudden disappearance, of Chris Golightly. At the end of the show, he appeared on stage with the Top Then, the next time we see everyone, Chris is gone and contestant Tim Urban is there instead. Were my eyes playing tricks on me? Fox subsequently announced that Chris Idol Dreams ineligible to continue in the competition and had been Idol Dreams by Tim. But why?
