The Granary Church Lane | Sompting | West Seller Insight

We’ve lived here for approximately 20 years and being so close to the South Downs you really become to feel a part of it. The view from upstairs is fantastic, when you wake up in the morning and look out you can’t help but say ‘Wow!’

We’re brilliantly connected here for great schools and commuting. To come home after a day working in is an absolute pleasure, but it’s also a great work from home space.

Living here is very convenient with easy access to the shops. We’re in the countryside yet we still feel like we’re in town as everything is so nearby. I love the sense of space and the family lifestyle here. It’s lovely to have access to the Downs and visually it’s such a pleasing place to be. Peaceful and historic, it’s just a beautiful place to live.

When we first saw The Granary we loved walking up the gravel drive, the feeling of being in a community and how different it was from being in a townhouse. Living on the rural/urban fringe means that you never feel hemmed in. We’ll really miss the views of the church, the beautiful surrounding buildings and being near to the sea. Living here has made us realise that the environment in which you live is just as important as the house you live in.”*
