However, we are happy to exchange tickets for another performance of the same production, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the performance. Reselling tickets We will try to resell your tickets (after all other tickets have been sold) and will credit your Watermill account which will be valid for one year. We charge £2.50 per transaction. We do not automatically update you on the progress of resales, but please call the box office if you need an update on whether your tickets have sold. Upgrading tickets Within 48 hours of the show, if you wish to upgrade your tickets, you will need to purchase the new ones and offer your old ones for resale. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. 30 How to Find Us By car or coach From the M4, junction 13 or A34, turn off at the junction signposted Newbury, Hungerford (Donnington, Speen) and take the first exit at the roundabout. If travelling from the south, go straight over the second roundabout. Turn left at The Hare and Hounds public house (brown sign post for The Watermill Theatre), turn left at the end of the road and then second right into the village of and left at the sign for The Watermill.
