Conservative MP Stephanie Kusie calls upon the House of Commons Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights to study Provincial Review Boards’ decisions around individuals found Not Criminally Responsible

CALGARY, AB – Ahead of Matthew de Grood’s upcoming assessment by the Alberta Review Board (ARB) in September, Conservative MP, Stephanie Kusie is calling on the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights to study provincial review boards and their decisions surrounding individuals found Not Criminally Responsible. Stephanie Kusie will be joined by the families of the victims from the Brentwood Five Massacre as well their Members of Parliament, John Barlow, Tom Kmiec, Greg McLean, and Jag Sahota.

Kusie has drafted a motion for the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights and will share the details surrounding her plan.
