Porsche Junior Preining Wins in Monza newsroom Motorsports Sep 2, 2018 PMSC: Porsche Junior Preining wins in Monza The fight for the title in the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup remains gripping to the end: At Italy’s Autodromo Nazionale Monza, Porsche Junior Thomas Preining secured his fourth win of the season. Second place went to the current championship leader Michael Ammermüller (D/BWT Lechner Racing), with third place occupied by Mattia Drudi (I/Dinamic Motorsport). “My start was perfect. I managed to stay next to Ammermüller and took a bit of a risk with the late braking. At times our fight became heated, which makes me all the more pleased about my win,” said Preining (A/BWT Lechner Racing). Thus, the suspense remains high heading to the season finale in Mexico, where a doubleheader will be contested with a total tally of 40 points up for grabs. There, Ammermüller (119 points), Nick Yelloly (Fach Auto Tech, 114 points) and Preining (105 points) could be crowned champion. In front of Formula 1 grandstands packed with Tifosi, Preining made the decisive overtaking move right at the start. From second position, he had the inside line in the sprint to the first corner against pole-sitter Ammermüller. However, when the lights went out, the 20-year-old immediately ducked to the outside line and surprised even his team colleague. Preining pulled ahead in his Porsche 911 GT3 Cup to take the lead, and Ammermüller stuck close to his bumper. In the sixth and seventh lap, the German driver launched an attack on Preining at the end of the start-finish straight. The Austrian, however, managed to successfully fend off both advances to maintain his top spot. In the final laps, Preining put some space between himself and his pursuer and took the flag after 14 laps as the winner. Ammermüller trailed him over the line 1.7 seconds later. “It’s special to start from pole position at Monza. You take up the race from the outside line and have to immediately cover the inside line. Later I managed to defend myself from Drudi and that cost me time. With an eye on the championship, second place is good, but I could have won today,” said Ammermüller. Yelloly was able to make up one position and crossed the finish line fourth ahead of Dylan Pereira (Momo Megatron Lechner Racing). The Luxembourger achieved a top speed of 270 kilometres per hour on the high- speed circuit – the fastest of all 30 drivers. Sixth place on the storied 5.794-kilometre racetrack not far from Milan went to Jaap van Lagen (NL/Fach Auto Tech). In Monza’s Royal Park, Florian Latorre (F/martinet by ALMERAS) achieved seventh place as the best rookie. The most overtaking manoeuvres were carried out by his compatriot Julien Andlauer (martinet by ALMERAS): The Porsche Junior started from position 30 and concluded the race in eighth place. “I knew it would be a marathon for me, so it was important to handle the tyres carefully. I think I got the most out of my starting position,” said the 19-year-old Andlauer. Roar Lindland (Lechner Racing Middle East) was thrilled with his victory in the ProAm category. For the Norwegian, this marks his sixth win in this class. The most overtaking manoeuvres were carried out by Julien Andlauer Three drivers from the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup raced in front of home crowds this weekend: Aside from Drudi from Misano Adriatico, Alberto Cerqui from Preseglie and Gianmarco Quaresmini (Castegnato) also drove vehicles fielded by Dinamic Motorsport. Qualifying Michael Ammermüller secured the perfect starting position on Saturday for round eight of the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup. During qualifying, the German Michael Ammermüller (BWT Lechner Racing) lapped the Autodromo Nazionale Monza in northern Italy in a time of 1:49.551 minutes to claim pole position. “Because of the rain on Friday, we took very little data from free practice into the qualifying. I’m pleased with pole position, particularly since the first corner is really tight. The further up the field you are, the less risk there is of a collision,” said Ammermüller, the current leader of the championship. Lining up next to him on the front grid row is the 485 hp Porsche 911 GT3 Cup driven by Porsche Junior Thomas Preining (A/BWT Lechner Racing). Italian Mattia Drudi (Dinamic Motorsport) takes up the race on Sunday in front of home crowds from the third grid spot. After rain fell on the storied racetrack close to Milan in the morning, by the time the qualifying began the sun had come out with temperatures reaching 19 degrees Celsius. Preining drove the fastest lap after five minutes, however local hero Drudi slashed the 20- year-old’s top time twice. For the decisive eight minutes of the half-hour session, all 31 drivers switched to fresh tyres. Spectators on the Formula 1 grandstands were treated to a gripping session, which was only decided in the final minutes of the qualifying. Twenty- year-old Drudi posted another fastest lap but was only at the top of the time sheets for a matter of seconds. In his final flying lap, Ammermüller clocked the best time of the day. Porsche Junior Preining also put in a blistering pace shortly before the end of the session. In a time of 1:49.687 minutes, the race driver from Linz in Austria claimed the second grid spot. “I have nothing to lose in the championship and I’ll put on some serious pressure to get ahead in the race. Second on the grid is a perfect starting position to do this,” said Preining. To win at Monza would be a dream come true,” stated Drudi. Occupying the fourth grid spot on the 5.793-kilometre racetrack is Zaid Ashkanani (MRS GT-Racing) from Kuwait. Heading into the race on the high-speed circuit in Monza’s Royal Park from seventh on the grid is Dutchman Larry ten Voorde (Team Project 1), with the eighth grid spot taken by Jaap van Lagen (NL/Fach Auto Tech). The fastest in the ProAm category was Roar Lindland (Lechner Racing Middle East) from Norway. Three drivers contest their home race in the Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup this weekend. Fermo restando quanto previsto dall’art. 54 comma 4 del D.Lgs. 30 marzo 2001, le norme del presente codice integrano e specificano le disposizioni contenute nel Codice di Comportamento approvato dal Consiglio dei Ministri l’8 marzo 2013, e le disposizioni contenute nelle norme contrattuali in vigore. Il comportamento di un dipendente comunale deve altresì tener conto dell’osservanza delle norme previste dal Programma dell’integrità del Comune e vanno integrati con il “sistema” costituito dai vari Piani: quelli della performance, della trasparenza, dell’integrità, delle azioni positive. L’attività lavorativa attiene ad una sfera così complessa (psicologica, professionale, culturale, ecc.) che non è riconducibile esclusivamente al contesto normativo o a quello, pur importante, dei piani e dei programmi. Essa, infatti, va riferita sia a principi morali, da cui derivano i modi di agire, di pensare e di comportarsi, sia a criteri operativi, che si manifestano chiaramente nella deontologia con la quale ciascuno affronta l’attività lavorativa di competenza.

Vespucci” – Milano (IT), via Carlo Valvassori Peroni 8, 20133 Milano Abstract: The abundance of water has certainly been a very important resource for the development of the Po Valley and has necessitated, more than once, interventions of regulation and drainage that have contributed strongly to imprint a particular conformation on the land. Already in Roman times there were numerous projects of canalisation and intense and diligent commitment to the maintenance of the canals, used for navigation, for irrigation and for the working of the mills. The need to control the excessive amount of water present was the beginning of the exploitation of this great font of rich- ness that was constantly maintained in subsequent eras. In the early Middle Ages, despite the condi- tions of political instability and great economic and social difficulty, the function of the canals con- tinued to be of great importance, also because the paths of river communication often substituted land roads, then left abandoned. After the 11th century A.D. the resumption of agricultural activity was conducive to the intense task of land reclamation of the Lombardian countryside and of commitment by the cities to amplify their waterways with the construction of new canals and the improvement of those already existing. The example given by Milan, a city lacking a natural river, that equipped itself with a dense network of canal, used in various ambits of the city life (defence, hygiene, agriculture, transport, milling systems) and for connections with the surrounding territory, can be considered as emblematic.
