Trovare nuovi ospiti – conoscere nuovi partner di vendita Gli operatori turistici sono un’importante interfaccia tra i gestori di strutture ricettive e i turisti, specialmente se si tratta di ospiti provenienti da nuovi mercati. IDM Alto Adige, insieme a Destination Management, uffici di Bressanone e Merano, vi offrono la possibilità di incontrare operatori turistici internazionali e di allacciare nuovi contatti con potenziali partner della distribuzione.

Come funziona il Workshop? Il Workshop funziona come uno Speed-Dating. I tour operator sono seduti ai tavoli e lei può muoversi da tavolo a tavolo per visitare e parlare con loro. In max. 8 minuti può presentare il suo alloggio e ricevere informazioni sul lavoro del tour operator. Il workshop è fatto per conoscersi a vicenda, ma non per firmare contratti. Se entrambe le parti sono interessate a collaborare, il giorno dopo ci sarà la possibilità di visitare il vostro alloggio. Non è sempre possibile visitare tutti gli alloggi, in questi casi i seguenti passi nella collaborazione dovranno essere fatti via telefono o e-mail tra lei e il tour operator. Non è necessario parlare con tutti gli operatori presenti, ma si possono utilizzare le schede che seguono per scegliere i partner in anticipo.
