We are catering this Regatta and will need as many volunteers as possible. Please let the RSG know if you are available. TERM 2 TRAINING SCHEDULES 2021 TRAINING LOCATIONS & TIMES
Notes: All ‘Row’ & ‘Ergometer’ training sessions take place at The Southport School All ‘Land Sessions’ will take place at St Hilda’s Saturday sessions will conclude no later than 11:00am with the boarders bus departing at 11:30am back to St Hilda’s Afternoon Ergometer sessions will conclude at 5:30pm with the boarders bus departing at 5:45pm back to St Hilda’s All students must arrive before 5:15am for morning sessions; this allows us to get all rowers on water for suitable sessions prior to the school day starting. Saturday has a staggered start time as we have more time to get started. Please take note of the staggered start times for Saturday’s sessions. Rowing Costs
• The cost of Rowing in 2021 is $770 and is split into 2 parts. • The first part is a non-refundable sign-on fee of $165 due before the commencement of Rowing in Term 2. • The second part is the remaining balance of $605 that is due at the end of the second week of Rowing training. • St Hilda’s Rowing Camps and uniform are in addition to these costs and are a compulsory part of the program. 18th June – 21st June ALL Year 8 Quads ROWING CAMP #1 – Compulsory St Hilda’s Boarding / TSS Shed (Friday – Monday) Training Camp (Cost: $200) 7th July – 12th July ALL Year 9 Quads, Year 10 Quads & Open Crews ROWING CAMP #2 – Compulsory Training Camp Grafton N.S.W (Wednesday – Monday) (Approximate Costs: $550 TBC)
9th July – 12th July ALL Year 8 Quads ROWING CAMP #3 – Compulsory Grafton N.S.W (Friday – Monday) (Joining rest of Squad) Training Camp (Approximate Costs: $350 TBC)

For Training Rowers to wear adequate clothing for exercise and bring a towel. Rowing Jumpers can be worn at the shed and to Regatta’s but cannot be worn at School unless sold at the Uniform Shop.
