1 Inleiding

3.2 Vragen over de toelatingsregeling, de biedboeken en over de veiling kunnen uiterlijk 11 juni 2021 worden ingeleverd bij het hoofd van de afdeling Verhuur & Taxaties van het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf.
3.3 Uiterlijk op 6 augustus 2021 zal het hoofd van de afdeling Verhuur & Taxaties van het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf aan de gegadigde mededelen of deze als deelnemer zal worden toegelaten tot de veiling.
3.4 Met het indienen van zijn toelatingsformulier onderwerpt de deelnemer zich aan alle bepalingen van het toelatingsreglement.
3.5 Voor deelname aan de veiling is een deelnemer entreegeld verschuldigd ad € 1.500,-. Dit entreegeld dient de deelnemer uiterlijk op 20 augustus 2021 te hebben voldaan aan het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf.
3.6 Na betaling van het entreegeld ad € 1.500,- ontvangt de deelnemer eind augustus voor elk te veilen huurrecht een op naam van de deelnemer gestelde biedkaart, die benodigd is om tijdens de veiling een bieding bij de notaris te kunnen inleveren.
18 3. Entry procedure
3.1 A prospective tenant can only participate in the auction if they are admitted in accordance with the Regulations for participation in the auction of petrol stations on national highways. An entry form may be submitted no later than 9 July 2021 to the Head of the Leasing and Taxation Division of the RVB in The Hague.
3.2 Questions concerning the entry rules, the bidbook and the auction may be submitted by 11 June 2021 at the latest to the Head of the Leasing and Taxation Division of the RVB in The Hague.
3.3 Candidates will be notified by 6 August 2021 at the latest by the Head of the Leasing and Taxation Division of the RVB as to whether they will be admitted as participant to the auction.
3.4 By submitting an entry form, the participant is subject to all the terms and conditions of the entry regulations.
3.5 In order to participate in the auction a participant must pay an entry fee of EUR 1,500.- This entry fee of EUR 1,500.- must be paid by 20 August 2021 at the latest to the RVB.
3.6 After payment of the entry fee of EUR 1,500.-, the participant will receive a bid card, made out in the name of the participant, for each of the tenancy rights to be auctioned, for submitting the bid to the notary during the auction.
