Bids must be submitted to the City of Glen Ullin no later than 6:30p.m., on June 14, 2021 and at that time, representatives from the city will open the bids.

Those submitting bids must include with their proposal a copy of their contractor’s license, proof of insurance and workers compensation certificate. Also, the company that is awarded the bid will be required to provide a performance and payment bond for the work to be completed and must register on the government website sam.gov (system for award management). The company with the lowest ($) bid will be selected to do the work as long as the all guidelines are met.

Because this is a federally funded project, all federal guidelines shall be followed, which include payment of Davis-Bacon wage rates, weekly payroll reports and registration in SAM.gov. A pre-construction conference will be held prior to work beginning. The City of Glen Ullin reserves the right to accept or reject all bids.
